Key Duties and Responsibilities

This is a lead analyst role for all IMAS’ member events, communications and PR activities.

  • The Analyst will need to conceptualize and implement IMAS marketing & communication strategy for events (EDMs, social media, sponsors networks, endorsers, media partners) to promote new activities and initiatives, working with external PR firm engaged by IMAS.
  • He/she will be to coordinate with PR agencies on press releases, media presence at IMAS organized events, like IMAS Media Luncheon, Regulatory Forum and Roundtables, IMAS conference event etc.
  • He/she will work with IMAS’ external communications firm to manage various media platforms to promote IMAS’ initiatives, including social media, and create and manage marketing collaterals across channels like social media, e-newsletters, annual report, press releases. The Analyst will also manage content of the IMAS website and IMAS mobile app, constantly seeking to improve IMAS’ social media presence and drive traffic for IMAS activities through our website.
  • He/she will create membership marketing materials so to promote and enhance member engagement.
  • In addition, the Analyst will be given the exposure to work with IMAS Digital Technology Programme Office to drive Fintech membership, revamp website, organize events and webinars, and support Digital accelerator program activities

This role will allow the Analyst to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders as well as with external service providers

Job Qualifications and Prerequisite

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Communications, Design/Media.
  • 1-5 years of work experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and a team player. Excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro etc),mailchimp, HTML, VizArtist, Microsoft Office. Familiar with UI/UX Design
  • Creative flair, attention to details is highly valued
  • Quick learner, strong entrepreneurial slant, creative, deadline-driven, highly motivated, positive self-starter
