To support members in navigating these dynamics, IMAS organised the second run of a three-hour in-person seminar on fund and manager selection in the APAC region, led by Mr. Gary Sim, a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience spanning manager and fund selection, due diligence, and wealth management.

The session gathered close to 40 investment professionals from across the financial ecosystem to explore the regional dynamics which shapes fund selection criteria, regional regulatory standards, trends and impacts on selection processes, key drivers of AUM traction in mutual fund sales, considerations in fund and manager selection, to drive asset under management (AUM) traction.
