Navigating the regulatory landscape of advertising and marketing in the retail fund management sector can be challenging. With increasing scrutiny on how financial products are promoted, it is essential for professionals to be well-versed in compliance standards to protect both their organization and consumers.

This programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements and best practices for compliant advertising and marketing in the financial industry.   3. Know what are bad examples of advertisements
  4. Understand the restriction on advertisement regarding making offer of units in Collective Investment Schemes
