Ravi Menon
Managing Director, Monetary Authority of Singapore
Mr Ravi Menon was appointed Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2011. He was previously Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI) and Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Finance (MOF).

Mr Menon began his career at MAS in 1987. During his 16 years in MAS, he was involved in monetary policy; econometric forecasting; organisational development; banking regulation and liberalisation; and integrated supervision of complex financial institutions. Mr Menon spent a year at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, as a member of the secretariat to the Financial Stability Forum. A recipient of the Singapore Government's Meritorious Service Medal and  Public Administration (Gold) Medal, Mr Menon has served on a variety of boards in the public, private, and people sectors in Singapore. On the international front, Mr Menon is a member of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Steering Committee. Mr Menon holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
Lim Chow Kiat
Chief Executive Officer, GIC
Lim Chow Kiat was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2017. He was previously Group Chief Investment Officer of GIC and Deputy Group President. He joined GIC as a portfolio manager upon graduation in 1993, developed GIC’s investment capability in corporate bonds and rose to head the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Department. He was President, Europe in 2009, overseeing investments and relationships in Europe, Africa and the Middle East before his appointment as President of GIC Asset Management in 2011. Mr Lim serves on the boards of Nanyang Technological University, Wealth Management Institute, National Research Foundation and FCLT Global. He is also a member of Agence France Trésor’s Strategic Committee.  

Mr Lim holds a First Class Honours degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Sue Brake
Chief Investment Officer, Future Fund
Sue Brake was appointed as the Chief Investment Officer of the Future Fund in 2020.

She leads a multi-disciplinary Investment team, managing A$217 billion, making investments across all asset classes and geographies.

In particular Sue focusses on the Fund’s ‘joined up’ investment process, bringing together top down macro views and bottom up sector opportunities to construct the best overall portfolio.

Sue was previously the Fund’s Deputy CIO, Portfolio Strategy, responsible for economic and capital market analysis, emerging markets, dynamic beta management and portfolio construction. Sue joined the Future Fund in 2019 from Willis Towers Watson where she was Head of Strategic Advisory. Prior to this she worked as a Senior Investment Strategist at NZ Super Fund. Sue is also an external expert for the IMF on investment management and risk management for Sovereign Wealth Funds
Mark Burgess
APAC Chairman, OMFIF
Mark Burgess is a Non-Executive Director of OMFIF and Chairman of OMFIF Asia. As a former Managing Director and President of the Future Fund, Australia’s sovereign fund, Burgess has an extensive global career leading both asset managers and asset owners.

He is  Chairman of the Investment Committee  and Board member at HESTA, the Australian superannuation fund for health industry employees, and Member of the Investment Board of AMB Capital, one of Australia’s largest family groups. He is Chairman of Yarra Capital, an Australian equities and credit manager, and Chairman, Jamieson Coote Bonds, a global sovereign bonds manager. He is on the Advisory Board of I.P Group (Australia), a UK group supporting early stage investment and research by universities in Australia, US and UK.

He is  Honorary Enterprise Professor at the University of Melbourne, supporting interaction and teaching between the university and industry; Chairman, Melbourne Girls Grammar School; Governor, Celebral Palsey Foundation; and Chairman, DBF Foundation, supporting and mentoring university students.

He was previously Chief Executive of Treasury Group, an Australian asset manager. Prior to this he was with Credit Suisse Asset Management, as London-based Executive Vice-Chairman and CEO (EMEA) and Global Chief Investment Officer for equities and multi asset class; International CIO for American Express Asset Management and CIO for Global Asset Management at Colonial First State Investments in Melbourne and London.
Fiona Reynolds
Chief Executive Officer, Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)
Fiona Reynolds is the CEO of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The PRI is a UN supported organisation, with more than 3,500 signatories who collectively represent over US $100 trillion in Assets Under Management. She is responsible for the PRI’s global operations.

Appointed at the beginning of 2013, Fiona has 25 years' experience in the financial services and pension sector. She joined the PRI from Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST), where she spent seven years as the CEO.

Fiona also serves on the Board of the UN Global Compact, she Chaired of the Financial Services Commission into Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking (The Liechtenstein initiative) and is now a member of the Finance Against Slavery and Trafficking (FAST) Global Steering Committee. Fiona is also a member of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), the Global Advisory Council on Stranded Assets at Oxford University, the Advisory Board for the Green Investment Principles for the Belt and Road, the Global Steering Committee for the Investor Agenda on Climate Action and the Steering Committee for Climate Action 100+ which is the largest ever investor engagement with listed companies. She is also on the Investment committee for Laudes foundation and the Advisory Board for BASF and the Advisory Council of Bloomberg Green.

Fiona was named by Barron’s magazine of one of the 20 most influential people in sustainability globally and has twice been named by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) as of one of Australia’s one hundred women of influence for her work in financial services and responsible investment. 
Mark Konyn
Chief Investment Officer, AIA
Dr. Mark Konyn is the Group Chief Investment Officer responsible for providing oversight of the management of the investment portfolios of the Group as well as supervising and supporting the many investment professionals throughout the Group. He is a director of various companies within the Group including Chairman of AIA Investment Management Private Limited and AIA Investment Management HK Limited. He joined the Group in September 2015.

Dr. Konyn joined AIA from Cathay Conning Asset Management, where he was Chief Executive Officer responsible for the company’s investment business and strategic expansion in the region. He had held senior positions at Allianz Global Investors (where he was Asia-Pacific CEO for RCM Global Investors), Fidelity Investments and Prudential UK. He is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, and holds a Diploma from the London Business School in Investment Management, having previously completed his Ph.D. in Operational Research sponsored by the UK Government.
Chong Jiun Yeh
Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer, UOB Asset Management Ltd
As Chief Investment Officer of UOB Asset Management (UOBAM), Mr Chong leads the investment team in developing UOBAM's long-term investment strategy and in managing asset allocation with the objective to maximise the value of investments in assets for our investors. He has oversight for the teams managing Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, including spearheading the firm’s strategic thrusts in sustainable investing and investment technology. 
Wai-Shin Chan, CFA
Head, Climate Change Centre and Co-Head, ESG Research, HSBC
Wai-Shin is Head of HSBC’s Climate Change Centre of Excellence and Co-Head of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) research. His dual role involves analysis of climate change and its multi-asset implications as well as the integration of ESG within HSBC’s Global Research.

Prior to joining HSBC in 2011, he worked as a fund manager and is a former executive director of the Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investment in Asia. He was also an equity analyst at a leading investment bank for several years, focused on the transportation sector before becoming an ESG analyst. He holds a degree in mathematics and physics from Durham University (first class honours) and is a CFA charterholder
Hugh Young
Chairman Asia, Aberdeen Standard Investments
Hugh Young is the Chairman for Aberdeen Standard Investments business in Asia. He was previously the Head of Asia Pacific for Aberdeen Standard Investments, a main board director and Head of Investments for Aberdeen Asset Management (before its merger with Standard Life plc). Hugh joined the company in 1985 to manage Asian equities from London, having started his investment career in 1980. He founded Singapore-based ASI Asia in 1992 as the regional headquarters. Hugh is a director of a number of group subsidiary companies and group-managed investment trusts and funds.

Hugh graduated with a BA (Hons) in Politics from Exeter University.
Jing Liu
Deputy Chief Manager, Financial Markets Department, Fixed Income Trading Division, China Construction Bank (CCB)
Liu Jing, the Deputy Chief Manager of Financial Markets Department, Fixed Income Trading Division, is currently in charge of CCB’s RMB credit bond market making business. Mrs. Liu has more than 10 year of experience in domestic and offshore financial markets, including fixed income, precious metals and FX. She had ever been dispatched to CCB New York Branch’s Treasury Department.
Clifford Lee 李福陈
Global Head of Fixed Income, DBS Bank
Clifford is the Global Head of Fixed Income at DBS Bank. He is responsible for the build-up and continual development of the bank’s bond origination, structuring/ratings, syndicate and global distribution businesses.

His product responsibilities include straight bonds, perpetual bonds, convertible bonds and structured debt securities, in all currencies.

Clifford also manages DBS’s fixed income team, comprising more than 70 professionals spanning eight countries, comprising Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, India, Taiwan, Japan and London, and stands as the only Asian bond house operating across Asia in G3 and select domestic currencies.
Susan Soh
Chairman, Investment Management Association of Singapore
Co-Head Asia Pacific and Chief Executive Officer Singapore, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd
Susan Soh is Co-Head of Asia Pacific and CEO Singapore for Schroders. She is also a member of Schroders’ Group Management Committee (GMC).

Susan has almost 30 years of financial industry experience, spanning across different areas of investment banking before specialising in asset management. She has been instrumental in driving Schroders’ success with central banks, national pensions and national institutions in Southeast Asia. In the retail mutual fund distribution industry, she has led Schroders to become one of the market leaders in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Susan was conferred the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Distinguished Fellow (Fund Management) award in 2015. She currently sits on the Executive Committee of Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) , serving as a Vice Chair from November 2016 before being appointed to be the Chair from April 2019.

Susan has also been a passionate advocate of raising industry standards and driving professional excellence. She has served as Council Member of IBF since April 2019, was previously a member of the IBF Standards Committee and chaired the IBF Fund Management Working Group from August 2013 to December 2019.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Accountancy from National University of Singapore.
Steven Yankelson
Head of Sales, ASEAN, Bloomberg L.P.
Steven Yankelson is Head of Sales, ASEAN at Bloomberg, the global business and financial data, news and analytics leader. Based in Singapore, he oversees business development and key customer relationships across 11 markets in the ASEAN region.

Prior to relocating to Singapore, Steven spent three years in London as Head of Enterprise Sales for Bloomberg in emerging markets across Europe, including Eastern Europe, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Russia and the CIS. In this role, he was responsible for a 50-strong sales team, serving 2200 firms, across 37 countries.

Steven has held various roles with Bloomberg since joining the company in 2007. He started his career in Global Customer Support and Analytics, prior to moving to the sales organization, and has supported numerous clients over the years, ensuring that they have the best experience with Bloomberg.

Steven graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Economics and Politics.
Haslinda Amin
Chief International Correspondent, Bloomberg Television
Haslinda Amin is Chief International Correspondent for Southeast Asia and anchor for Bloomberg Television. She is also host and Executive Producer of talk show ‘High Flyers’ which is the longest-running program on Bloomberg TV.

Based in Singapore, Amin has been at the heart of market-moving news and stories that have driven the region’s transformation. She has reported on major events including the 2008 financial crisis, several elections across Asia including India and Indonesia which are among the world’s most populous, the 2016 Jakarta attacks and the 2010 bloody anti-government clashes in Thailand. Amin has also helmed Bloomberg’s coverage of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting, the World Economic Forum, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Board of Governors Meeting and the ASEAN Milken Global Summit.

Amin has interviewed a wide range of top newsmakers for Bloomberg Television, including Singapore’s founding father Lee Kuan Yew, Indonesia’s President Joko Widodo, Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR Carrie Lam, United States Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, Former Prime Minister of Malaysia Mahathir Mohamad and former Thai Premier Thaksin Shinawatra. Other notable interviews include Paul Volcker, Joe Biden, Mike Pompeo, Timothy Geithner and Stanley Fischer.

Amin began her career covering Southeast Asian politics more than a decade ago. She serves on the board of UN Women Singapore and has been nominated numerous times for Best Current Affairs Anchor at the Asian TV Awards. She graduated from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Political Science and English Language. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia.
Ji Zhuang
Head of Indices, Asia-Pacific, Bloomberg L.P.
Ji Zhuang is Bloomberg’s Head of Indices, Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong. He leads a team of experienced index professionals, and oversees the development and management of Bloomberg's Indices Business in the Asia-Pacific.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Zhuang successfully led Bloomberg's Multi-Asset Strategy Index business globally both before and after Bloomberg's acquisition of Barclays' risk analytics and indices solutions in 2016.

Previously based in London, Mr. Zhuang led a product team, who developed research-backed proprietary risk/factor based systematic strategies and asset allocation indices, helping clients turn investment ideas into indices fulfilling their investment needs. His team also acted as an independent index calculation agent and administrator for clients, enabling them to manage their indices on enterprise-scale infrastructure and meet the requirements of an evolving regulatory landscape.

Before joining Bloomberg, Mr. Zhuang was a Director at Barclays, leading the global development and management of the bank's cross asset strategy index business. He expanded Barclays' tradable strategy index business during his tenure and was involved in all aspects of the business, including idea generation, index development, implementation and marketing. He was also Chairman of the strategy index governance committee, where he was responsible for decision making on all index events.

Mr. Zhuang holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management both from Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge.
