Chia Der Jiun
Managing Director, Monetary Authority of Singapore

Mr Chia Der Jiun was appointed Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on 1 January 2024.  He was previously Permanent Secretary (Development) at the Ministry of Manpower.

Prior to his appointment at MOM in 2020, Der Jiun had spent 18 years at MAS in a range of functions covering monetary policy implementation, reserve management, macroeconomic surveillance, and banking supervision and regulation. At the MAS, he was last Deputy Managing Director (Corporate Development) with responsibilities for risk, finance, payment system and currency operations, HR and organisation transformation. Der Jiun also served as Executive Director for Southeast Asia at the International Monetary Fund from 2011 to 2013. He holds a BA(Hons) in Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Dr Allen Kuo
Chief Investment Officer, Singlife

Dr. Allen Kuo boasts over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Singlife's Chief Investment Officer. He leads the company's Investment Office, bolstering asset management capabilities.

Prior to Singlife, Allen held key investment risk management positions. As Deputy Chief Risk Officer at UC Investments, he oversaw market, credit, and liquidity risk across various asset classes for a $160 billion portfolio. Previously, at ING Investment Management, he led an investment risk management team overseeing $100 billion in assets across ten different business units. He started his career at BlackRock in New York, where he was one of the original architects of the Aladdin technology platform.

Beyond risk management, Allen co-founded GreenTech Research LLC, one of the first "green" hedge funds, focusing on clean technologies and renewable energy.

Allen holds a Ph.D. and Master's in Applied Physics and Mathematics from Columbia University, a Post Doctorate in Atmospheric Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Science in Physics (with highest honours) from the University of Texas.

He also served as a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Business Education in the Department of Finance at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, teaching courses in Quantitative Finance, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Risk Management, and Financial Institutions Management.

Allen's commitment extends beyond his professional sphere. He served on the Board of Supervisors for China Merchants Fund and holds fellowships from prestigious institutions, including the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation. He is a member of distinguished societies like Phi Beta Kappa, Sigma Xi, and Tau Beta Pi.

Guillaume Lesage
Deputy CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Amundi

Guillaume Lesage is the Chief Operating Officer of Amundi.

He is responsible of Amundi Technology Business Line, of operations and dealing, and oversees Luxembourg and Ireland.

Guillaume has been working in the investment industry since 2016 and has been with Crédit Agricole Group since 1992.

Guillaume started his career as a R&D engineer in Artificial Intelligence and applied mathematics in the US and in France in the Chemical Industry.

He joined Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank where he held several positions in Finance, Risks, IT and operations.

He then held the position of Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole’s Consumer Finance Division, overseeing IT and Finance.

He joined Amundi in 2016 as Deputy Head of Support and Business Development before becoming COO.

Guillaume holds a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.

Dr Hens Steehouwer
Chief Innovation Officer, Ortec Finance

Hens is Chief Innovation Officer at Ortec Finance. He holds a PhD from the Free University of Amsterdam and his book “Macroeconomic Scenarios and Reality: A Frequency Domain Approach for Analyzing Historical Time Series and Generating Scenarios for the Future” laid the foundations for the risk modeling and investment decision technology of Ortec Finance as used by investors, including insurers, around the world. Hens is an appreciated lecturer at various universities and in professional education programs.

Josh Lewin
Portfolio Strategist, Bridgewater Associates

Josh joined Bridgewater in 2011 and is an Associate Portfolio Strategist and a key leader in Bridgewater’s Singapore office. Josh has worked with our clients around the world to share Bridgewater’s thinking on global economies and markets, as well as partner on portfolio construction, asset liability management, and risk management. He is also one of the product owners responsible for overseeing and developing Bridgewater’s Risk Budget Tool (“RBT”), a platform for stress-testing and portfolio construction that has been shared with all clients. Josh is a frequent contributor to Bridgewater’s Daily Observations and Client Observatory, writing on topics including strategic asset allocation, currency management, and portfolio stress testing. Prior to joining Client Service, Josh spent three years supporting the Co-CIOs on projects related to global bond and currency markets. He has an A.B. in Government and International Relations from Dartmouth College.

Neeraj Seth
CIO and Head of Asia-Pacific Fundamental Fixed Income, BlackRock

Neeraj Seth, Managing Director, is BlackRock's Chief Investment Officer and Head of APAC Fundamental Fixed Income.He leads investment and business strategy and is responsible for providing investment oversight, driving durable performance on the platform, developing the platform’s infrastructure as well as determining the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the platform. He has been responsible for building the Fixed Income and Credit business in the region since 2009.

He serves on BlackRock’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee, Global Fixed Income Executive Committee, and Asia Pacific Private Credit Investment Committee. He is also the co-sponsor for Blackrock’s philanthropist efforts in SE Asia.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2009, Mr. Seth was a Senior Vice President focusing on the Asia Pacific market for R3 Capital Partners. He previously held a similar role with the Global Principal Strategies team at Lehman Brothers. Previously, he was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company where he was in the leadership group for the Technology & Telecom practice in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Seth earned a BE degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi University and an MBA degree in finance from the Indiana University.

Dr Prakash Kannan
Chief Economist and Director, Economics & Investment Strategy, GIC Pte Ltd.

Prakash Kannan is Chief Economist and Director of the Economics and Investment Strategy Department at GIC. He is responsible for formulating the outlook for the global investment environment and asset allocation strategy for the firm. He serves as a member of GIC’s Investment Management Committee, Group Risk Committee and Currency Risk Management Group. His previous roles in the firm included Deputy Head of Total Portfolio Strategy as well as Head of Economics & Capital Markets.

Prakash joined GIC in 2012. Prior to joining GIC, he worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia), and GTE’s Pension Fund. He is currently the Vice President and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Economic Society of Singapore. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Council of OMFIF, the Investment Committee of the Singapore Indian Development Association, and NTU’s Academic Advisory Board. He was formerly on the Advisory Board for the Centre for Asset Management Research & Investments (CAMRI) at the National University of Singapore Business School

Prakash holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from MIT and a doctorate in Economics from Stanford University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Raisah Rasid
Global Market Strategist, J.P. Morgan Asset Management

Raisah Rasid, Vice President, is a Global Market Strategist. Based in Singapore, Raisah is responsible for delivering the latest market and economic views from our Global Market Insights Strategy team.

Prior to joining the team, Raisah worked as an Emerging Asia economist at J.P. Morgan Commercial & Investment Bank. She was responsible for macro forecasts and central bank policy views for the bank, and the implications for various asset classes.

Raisah obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Master in Managerial and Financial Economics from HEC Paris.

Reza Yamora Siregar
Special Advisor to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Republic of Indonesia

Reza Yamora Siregar is the Special Adviser to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Republic of Indonesia.

Reza currently serves in several capacities, notably as a Senior Executive Vice President at IFG Progress, a leading Think Tank established by the Indonesia Financial Group (a holding of insurance and guarantor of the State-owned-Enterprises of Indonesia), as Independent Commissioner at PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero), as Faculty Member at Bank Indonesia Institute, Adjunct Faculty of the Asian Public Policy Program at Hitotsubashi University, as well as a Senior Financial Sector Adviser at Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Development (PROSPERA).

Reza held many notable positions in the past, including as the Chief Representative of the Singapore Office at the Institute of International Finance (2018-2019), Executive Director/Chief ASEAN Economist at Goldman Sachs Singapore (2014-2016), Senior Economist at International Monetary Fund (2006-2009, 2016-2018), and Lead Economist at the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office Singapore (2011-2014).

Vincent Chan, CFA
Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Fullerton Fund Management

Vincent is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. Vincent is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. As a key member of the CIO Office, he works closely with Fullerton’s Chief Investment Officer and other Deputy CIOs to provide leadership for the investment management group. 

Vincent joined Fullerton in 2017. He was previously the Asia Head of Multi-Asset Products at Schroders Investment Management since 2016, where he provided customised multi-asset solutions to clients in Asia. Before that, Vincent was with NTUC Income since 2013, where he managed the Asset Allocation and External Fund Managers teams. Earlier in his career, Vincent was with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation since 1988. He held various key responsibilities over the years, across departments such as Investment Policy, Economics and Capital Market research, External Fund Manager, as well as Fixed Income.

Vincent graduated from National University of Singapore with an Honours degree in Business Administration. He is also a CFA charterholder. 

Jenny Sofian
Chairman of IMAS and Chief Executive Officer of Fullerton Fund Management

Jenny Sofian is the Chairman of IMAS Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fullerton Fund Management. As CEO, she is responsible for the strategic development and management of the firm.​

With over two decades of experience in the asset management industry, Jenny has held various leadership roles, including her previous position as CEO and Head of South Asia at Amundi Singapore. There, she oversaw the company's Southeast Asian and Australian operations and served as the Regional Director of Southeast Asia at the Group Level Executive Committee. Jenny’s career started in managing insurance funds for the Insurance Corporation of Singapore.

Her active involvement in industry bodies has positively influenced and shaped the asset management industry. As a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore's Financial Centre Advisory Panel, she is dedicated to advancing the industry. Jenny also serves as a director of The Institute of Banking and Finance and was conferred the IBF Fellow award in 2020. In addition, she sits on the advisory board of the Singapore Green Finance Centre, reflecting her commitment to sustainability and the environment.

Jenny's achievements have been recognised with numerous awards and accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award by Asia Asset Management and IBF Distinguished Fellow by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore.

She earned her BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from San Diego University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Sabrina Gan
Conference Organizing Committee, and Head of Southeast Asia and Country Head of Singapore, Fidelity International

Sabrina Gan is the Head of Southeast Asia and Country Head of Singapore for Fidelity International. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for over seeing of all of Fidelity’s distribution activities in the region and delivering continued growth across client channels for Fidelity’s business Southeast Asia.

Sabrina joined Fidelity in 2015 and has accumulated more than 20 years of experience working in the asset management industry and financial sector.

Before joining Fidelity, Sabrina spent two years with BlackRock where she headed Retail Distribution for Singapore. Prior to joining BlackRock, Sabrina spent more than nine years with Schroders where she was responsible for the distribution of Mutual Funds in Singapore, including business development and development of sales and product strategies. Sabrina was also previously at Ernst & Young with a focus on Corporate Finance and Audit.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is also a CFA and CAIA Charter holder.

Alan Lim
Head, Fintech Infrastructure Office, Monetary Authority of Singapore

Alan is the head of the FinTech Infrastructure Office at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is responsible for developing Singapore’s digital financial infrastructure.

Alan leads the development of strategies to drive digital transformation across the financial industry, and spearheads programs to foster responsible innovation. He oversees MAS’ initiatives to develop digital money standards and cross border multi-currency settlement. He is responsible for the advancement of digital public infrastructure and platforms for open finance.

Previously, Alan held various leadership roles in the private sector including managing consulting and development teams across Asia Pacific. He is a co-author of patents in distributed networks and has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Andy Ng
iShares Investment Strategist, Asia Pacific, BlackRock

Andy Ng is a member of BlackRock's iShares APAC Investment Strategy and Product Consulting team, based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for delivering trade ideas and actionable market insights across asset classes to clients using iShares products.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Andy worked at Vanguard, as an Investment Product Specialist responsible for providing investment strategy and product recommendation to clients and sales teams. Prior to Vanguard, Andy was a Portfolio Manager at JP Morgan Asset Management Multi Asset Solutions group. He managed multi asset portfolios for Asia’s institutional clients and also Hong Kong Mutual Funds. As part of his role, he was responsible for fund selection, portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation analysis.

Andy has a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce in Funds Management from the University of New South Wales.

Dr Chiam Swee Chiang
Head, Total Portfolio Policy & Allocation, Economics & Investment Strategy, GIC Pte Ltd.

Chiam Swee Chiang is Head of Total Portfolio Policy & Allocation (TPPA) at GIC in the Economics and Investment Strategy department. He leads TPPA to formulate long-term and medium-term investment policies for the GIC Total Portfolio, and drive optimal capital allocation across beta and alpha through rigorous portfolio research and analysis

Swee Chiang has been at GIC since 2008. Prior to his current role, he was a portfolio manager in the Real Return Program, responsible for researching and developing alternative investment models and strategies for GIC. Prior to this role, he worked in the Risk and Performance Management Department and managed risk for multi-asset strategies.

Swee Chiang is a member of the AIMA Global Investor Board and the EDHEC Infra & Private Assets Advisory Board. He has a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA and FRM charterholder, among other certifications.

Christian Obrist
Head of iShares Asia ex Japan Institutional Distribution, BlackRock

Christian Obrist is the Head of iShares Asia ex Japan Institutional Distribution at BlackRock. Based in Singapore, Christian is responsible for the management and development of the iShares Institutional Distribution team for Asia ex Japan and is a member of the iShares APAC executive committee. In this capacity Christian oversees distribution strategy and execution of both on- and offshore iShares ETFs to our Asia ex Japan client base.

Prior to assuming his current role, Christian led the iShares ETF business for Australia and New Zealand from 2018 to 2021. His responsibilities included supporting the distribution of our ETF fund range, ensuring the efficiency of the local ETF capital markets and iShares product platform, and the development and execution of the iShares business strategy. From 2014 to 2018, Christian led iShares distribution for Wealth and Asset Managers across Asia ex Japan and was based in Hong Kong. He moved from our Zurich office in 2014 where he led institutional iShares distribution for 2 years.

Christian started his career in investment banking working for both JPMorgan and UBS in London and Zurich focusing on fixed income derivatives and structured credit products.

Evy Wee
Head of Regional Financial Planning & Advisory Solutions, DBS Bank

Evy joined DBS Bank in 2004 as a Management Associate. She currently heads up Regional Financial Planning & Advisory Solutions which includes oversight of the bank’s retail brokerage platforms. Most recently, she led Singapore’s open banking and data sharing program – SGFinDex platform which is the 1st of its kind collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote financial planning awareness amongst Singaporeans. In addition, she spearheaded the development of new investment products and advisory services for DBS’ digital channel. Evy also held previous roles in DBS Institutional Banking Group, including Head of Strategic and Business Planning

Ivan Wong
Head of iShares South East Asia Institutional Distribution, BlackRock

Ivan Wong leads the iShares South East Asia Institutional Sales team, where he is responsible for the distribution of iShares ETFs to clients in the region.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2019, Ivan worked at Maybank in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and New York. He has held roles in client coverage, structured finance and investment banking.

Ivan holds an MFin from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and a BS in Business Economics & Public Policy Analysis from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Jin Yuejue
Asia Head of Investment Specialist, Multi Asset Solutions, J.P. Morgan Asset Management

Yuejue Jin, managing director, is an investment specialist within the Multi Asset Solutions team based in Hong Kong. She is responsible for the development of new portfolios in the institutional channel and the marketing and communication of existing strategies in the Funds channel. An employee since 2007, Yuejue's previous role was in Product Strategy, where she analyzed various J.P. Morgan strategies and provided updates and training to funds and institutional client advisors. Prior to joining Product Strategy, she was an investment writer with the Marketing team and was a financial journalist before joining the firm. Yuejue holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Renmin University of China and a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She is a CFA charterholder.

Dr Leslie Teo
Senior Director, AI Products, AI Singapore

Leslie is Senior Director, AI Products, AI Singapore, tasked with helping build the ecosystem for AI use in Singapore. He and his colleagues are currently focusing on building LLMs that better represent our region.

Leslie is passionate about data, data science, machine learning, and AI. He pivoted from a career in economics, finance, and investing in 2019. That year, he joined Grab as Head of Data Science, Policy, and Data Initiatives and Advisor to the CEO. In that role, he sought to answer critical business and social questions using data and build products that provided relevant insights, such as congestion patterns and creating safer bike paths. He helped lay the foundation for the data science and analytics role at Grab and Singtel’s digital bank (GxS). He remains an Advisor to the CEO.

After Grab, Leslie was Managing Director at Great Eastern Life Insurance for Data and Strategic Transformation. He and his team were responsible for enabling data analytics and data science across the organization and fostering business transformation capabilities to deliver value in areas such as distribution, marketing, risk management and digital products.

Before Grab, Leslie was the Director of the Economics and Investment Strategy Department and Chief Economist at GIC Private Limited, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. He oversaw the team responsible for asset allocation, total portfolio construction, systematic investing, and identifying critical long-term trends that would impact GIC’s portfolio. He remains an advisor to the Ministry of Finance on reserve management issues.

Leslie was also at the International Monetary Fund. During his Fund career, he worked on financial sector restructuring, financial stability, public debt management, monetary policy and operations.

He was also Head of the Financial Surveillance Division at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Leslie has a strong belief in education. He was a Board member of the Pacific Pension and Investment Institute and the National University of Singapore. He was a Vice President of the Economic Society of Singapore, chaired the advisory board for NUS’ Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and advised NUS’ Investment Committee and Business School.

Leslie has a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the University of Rochester. He has a Master's in Information and Data Science from the University of California at Berkeley. In addition, he is a certified Financial Risk Manager and a CFA charter holder.

Lucas Bouziat
Business Development Manager Asia, Amundi Technology and Managing Director of Fund Channel Asia, Amundi

Lucas is part of Amundi Group since 2010, coming from the fund services and solution industry. Lucas is the appointed representative of Amundi Technology in Asia and he is also managing and developing the fund distribution platform (Fund Channel) solution of Amundi in Asia since 2017.

Lucas performed different roles with responsibilities on sales and delivery for large transformation projects in the financial industry and specifically in the Asset Management & Wealth Management industries.

Lucas holds a bachelor degree in applied in Finance and Risk Management from Temple University of Philadelphia and a master degree in International Business from CEFAM business school.

Marita McGinley
Head of Digital Asset Strategy, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd

Marita McGinley is the Head of Digital Assets Strategy for Schroders, proactively looking at how distributed ledger technology could deliver better outcomes for clients. Marita has spent the last 15 years in financial services, working across roles in alternative assets, technology and operational risk in London, New York, Switzerland and Singapore. This background and experience has given Marita an in-depth perspective on digital assets positioning her as an insightful speaker on the use cases of blockchain and ledger technology in the asset management sector. Marita has completed her studies as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and MBA studies with Warwick Business School.

Rajeev Tummala
Head of Digital, Asia & MENA, HSBC Securities Services

Rajeev is the Head of Digital & Data for Asia and MENA Region at HSBC Securities Services and is based out of Singapore. He has been with HSBC since 2018. He has been instrumental in pioneering HSBC’s Digital Assets Strategy and has led efforts such as Digital Vault for HSBC, the pilot tokenisation of real worlds assets with the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2019.

His work in developing capabilities over the last 5 years has established HSBC as a frontrunner among financial service providers in the Digital Assets ecosystem. He is engaged with Clients, Financial Market infrastructure providers to create solutions for custody, issuance and asset servicing for digital assets and tokenizing traditional assets. He believes in a future where all assets are programable assets, bringing step change in efficiencies to ecosystem and vastly increasing the total addressable market for asset services businesses.

He has also been contributing to the efforts to transform the business into a client centric Platform Solutions offering. He also was the Head of Securities for ASEAN in an interim capacity in the second half of 2022.

Prior to HSBC, he spent 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various leadership positions in Global Markets Technology and Securities Operations transformation teams in Asia.

Rajeev has a keen eye for exploring the effective adoption of emerging technology Capital Markets and Securities Services. He is a highly impactful leader, who drives and influences change and fosters a high-performance culture through empowerment, coaching, diversity of thought and shared optimism.

He has over 25 years of financial services industry experience across India, Japan and Singapore driving innovation. His focus has been on business transformation, and he has deep experience in business domain and technology strategy, transformation, and cost optimization.

Rajeev has an MBA from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. He is an Amy and Richard F. Wallman Scholar at Chicago Booth. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS-Pilani in India.

Rehan Ahmed
President, Marketnode

Rehan Ahmed is the President and founding team member at Marketnode, an SGX Group and Temasek backed Digital Markets Infrastructure operator. Within this role, he focuses on product development and the digitalization of asset classes such as credit, funds and structured products. As Head of Fixed Income Products and Digital Assets at SGX Group, Rehan oversaw the launch of a digital bond issuance platform that culminated in the Marketnode partnership.

Rehan began his career at Bear Stearns (London) fixed income trading desk in 2005 and subsequently held positions within credit structuring and trading (UBS AG, London) and portfolio management at CDC Group UK (now British International Investment), a UK development finance institution.

He has been based in Asia since 2010, where he joined Bloomberg L.P.’s FICC trading team and oversaw a number of regional market trading initiatives such as the launch of Pakistan’s first online debt auction system and Sri Lanka’s interdealer debt trading platform. He joined SGX Group from IDFC Securities (Singapore) where he was responsible for overseeing India access products for global investors.

Rehan was involved in the launch of new platforms including SGX Group’s institutional bond trading platform (2016) and led its General Counterparty service (2018) rollout before focusing on digital assets. He was one of key SGX Group representatives on industry bodies such as ICMA, FIX Trading Community and Singapore National Markets Practice Group (NMPG).

Rehan attended Ecole Sciences-Po (Paris) before attaining his Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University and subsequently a Masters in Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).

Dr Salman Ahmed
Global Head of Macro and Strategic Asset Allocation, Fidelity International

Salman Ahmed joined Fidelity in August 2020 as Global Head of Macro and Strategic Asset Allocation and is based in London. Previously, he was co-chair of Global Investment Committee and Chief Investment Strategist at Lombard Odier IM (LOIM).

Before spending nearly 8 years with LOIM, Salman was head of Global Macro at EDF trading between 2009 and 2012. He also spent nearly 5 years with Goldman Sachs International as a global economist within the global macro team. He began his career in finance with Watson Wyatt (now Towers Willis Watson) in 2001.

Salman holds a PhD and MPhil in Economics & Finance from University of Cambridge. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan, in 1999.

Stephanie Magnus
Principal, Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow

Stephanie Magnus heads up the Financial Services Regulatory and FinTech Practices of Baker McKenzie in Singapore. She plays a key role in driving the Firm's FinTech practice for clients globally and across Asia Pacific. Stephanie has been ranked a leading individual for FinTech in Singapore by Chambers FinTech since 2019. Stephanie is also recognised as a leading professional in Who's Who Legal's: FinTech & Blockchain 2022. She was recently named in the Financial Times as the top 10 innovative lawyers in Asia Pacific for 2022 to boost technology uptake and solve clients' emerging business needs, and the APAC Financial Regulation Lawyer of the Year 2023 with the Euromoney Asia Business Women in Law awards.

With a strong focus on the use of technology by financial institutions, Stephanie regularly advises on FinTech models such as digital asset offerings, digital advisory platforms, payment service models, consumer credit models, tokenization and payment models.

Stephen Kaplan
Head of Customized Managed Account Solutions, J.P. Morgan Asset Management

Stephen Kaplan, managing director, is Head of Customized Managed Account Solutions for JPMorgan Asset Management. He is responsible for the firm’s Separately Managed Account and Model Portfolios platforms, as well as the Portfolio Insights Program, managing a team of specialists who provide customized analytics to help our clients build stronger portfolios. He is a member of the Funds Management Operating Council, Client Operating Council and Product Steering Committee.  Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Stephen was a senior product associate at Smith Barney. Previous to that, he worked as a senior marketing associate at Ryan Beck & Co. Stephen began his career in 1999 at Neuberger Berman, focusing on fund distribution. He holds a B.A. from Binghamton University, an M.B.A. from St. John's University, and earned the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor SM designation.

Stuart Loy
Solutions Architecture Leader, Global Financial Services, Amazon Web Services

Stuart Loy leads the AWS global financial services solutions architecture team, based out of Singapore. He works with the world’s largest banking, capital markets and insurance companies, driving industry wide innovation through the adoption of AWS technology.

Stuart has been with AWS for four years and prior to that worked in the capital markets industry building trading systems across a variety of asset classes, from complex structured credit products, to low latency electronic currency trading

Sunita Subramoniam
Head of iShares Sustainable Product Strategy, Asia Pacific, BlackRock

Sunita Subramoniam is the Head of iShares Sustainable Product Strategy at BlackRock. Based in Singapore, Sunita is responsible for developing the narrative for sustainable investing in the region, and consulting with and providing expertise to clients on all sustainable indexing discussions and initiatives. Sunita plays a key role in the development and commercialisation of locally listed sustainable / ESG ETFs. Sunita is a subject matter expert and has frequently spoken at industry events, investment bank conferences and panels on ESG and sustainable investing. She represents BlackRock in various industry body working groups. Sunita also serves as Equity Product Strategist for BlackRock's iShares business in Asia Pacific with a special focus on Factors/Smart Beta and Thematic investing.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Sunita was a portfolio manager at The Capital Company, an independent asset management firm, where she developed and implemented ETF-based portfolio solutions for high net worth clients. Sunita has over 14 years of industry experience and has worked in Singapore, New York and Hong Kong.

Sunita graduated with first class honors from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a degree in Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She has an MBA degree from INSEAD and is also a CFA Charterholder.

Wee Lynn Low, CFA, FRM
Index Fixed Income Strategist, Asia ex-Japan, BlackRock

Wee Lynn Low, CFA, FRM, is a member of the Product Strategy Team within BlackRock’s Global Fixed Income (GFI) Portfolio Management Group. In this role she drives initiatives around the commercialization, narratives and development of the Firm's Index Fixed Income (IFI) and ETF business in APAC, with a focus on China and Asia fixed income.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Wee Lynn spent 5 years with IHS Markit as a product manager for the Pricing, Valuations and Reference Data business in Asia across fixed income and derivatives markets.

Wee Lynn graduated summa cum laude with double degree in Bachelor of Accountancy and Business Management from Singapore Management University.

Xan Huang
Senior Solutions Architect, Global Financial Services, Amazon Web Services

Xan is a Senior Solutions Architect with AWS based in Singapore. He specializes in designing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions for major financial institutions. With expertise in investment management technologies and a passion for exploring new frontiers in technology, Xan innovates on behalf of customers to solve complex challenges.

Xan has been with AWS for 2 years, and prior to that worked in GIC for 13 years as a solutions architect building solutions that support the trading/data analytics/risk management of a variety of asset classes.

Xan graduated with honours in Computer Science from National University of Singapore, and holds a MSc in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University.
