CHIA Song Hwee
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Temasek International Pte. Ltd.
Chia Song Hwee joined Temasek in 2011 and is currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Song Hwee is also a member of Singapore’s Advisory Council on the Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data, as established by the Infocomm Media Development Authority.

Prior to joining Temasek, Song Hwee was the Chief Operating Officer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Before the integration of GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd (Chartered), he served as Director of the Board, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Chartered from June 2002 to December 2009. Song Hwee also held a number of management positions since he joined Chartered in 1996, including Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer.

Prior to his tenure at Chartered, Song Hwee was from the Schlumberger group, a global oilfield services group, where he was Regional Controller for Asia, Australia and Middle East for the drilling group.

Song Hwee received his Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), with distinction, from Edith Cowan University, Australia and is a member of CPA Australia. He was honoured with the EE Times Annual Creativity in Electronics (ACE) Award for Executive of the Year in 2007.
Liew Tzu Mi
Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income, GIC
Liew Tzu Mi was appointed Chief Investment Officer for Fixed Income in July 2016, overseeing the business in macro, credit and cross-asset systematic investing. She joined GIC in 1998 and built her career in the Fixed Income department. She was responsible for the Emerging Markets and Foreign Exchange business between 2008 and 2010, headed up the Macro Research and Strategy team at its inception in 2011 and the Global Macro business from 2011 to 2016. Ms Liew is a member of the Ministry of Defence SAVER-Premium Board of Trustee and the Central Provident Fund Board.

Ms Liew holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Engineering and Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Science in Engineering from Princeton University. She has also completed the Advanced Management Program from INSEAD.
Dr. Keith Lee
Senior Vice President, WWF Asia Sustainable Finance
Keith leads the WWF Asia Sustainable Finance team team’s workstream on responsible investment. This involves developing and guiding the execution of the team’s strategy to accelerate the uptake of responsible investment best practice across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea. He also plays a leading role engaging commercial banks and banking regulators in Japan and South Korea. He is co-author or contributor to five WWF sustainable finance reports on responsible investment, sustainable banking and palm oil sector sustainability, and has published in academic peer-reviewed journals on environment and sustainability-related topics and started his career in investment banking.

Keith completed his PhD at the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a master’s degree in environmental management from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
Lars Erik Mangset
Chief Climate Change Advisor, KLP
Lars Erik Mangset is the Chief Climate Change advisor in KLP. In this position, he is responsible for KLP’s work on climate risk and climate stewardship. Mr. Mangset works on a broad set of aspects, including data, analysis, risk management and investments. He has previously worked as an applied researcher, industrial consultant and conservation advisor. He is also a board member of the Norwegian Forum for Responsible and Sustainable Investments (Norsif) and a member of the expert panel of the Norwegian Research Council.
Rowan Douglas
Head of Climate and Resilience Hub, Willis Towers Watson
Rowan Douglas is Head of the Climate and Resilience Hub at Willis Towers Watson, supporting the management, regulation and financing of risks from climate, terrorism, cyber and other perils. Previously, he served on the Board of the Group's reinsurance division, Willis Re, as CEO Global Analytics and was appointed onto the UK Prime Minister's Council for Science & Technology 2011- 2016. He founded the Insurance Development Forum with the World Bank, UN and global industry leaders in 2015 to address the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Agreements. He received a CBE in 2016 for services to the economy through risk, insurance and sustainable growth.
Frédéric Ducoulombier
ESG Director at Scientific Beta
Frédéric Ducoulombier is ESG Director with index provider Scientific Beta in Singapore.  His role entails advising on blueprints for the Climate Change and Responsible Investing offering of Scientific Beta and managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) data acquisition.

Prior to joining the index administration industry in 2015, he worked as business school faculty and administrator for some fifteen years. At EDHEC Business School, he served as Deputy Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Deputy Associate Dean of Research and Development, and founded the executive education arm and Asian branch of EDHEC-Risk Institute, the school’s acclaimed applied risk and investment management research centre.  His research and advocacy work has focused on the risks of exchange traded funds; the governance and transparency of financial indices; non-financial risks in the fund management industry; smart beta and factor investing; and the integration of ESG and Climate Change considerations into investment.

He was a member of the Consultative Working Group of the European Securities Markets Authority’s Financial Innovation Standing Committee from February 2015 to January 2017. He holds a master’s in management from IESEG School of Management, a graduate certificate in East Asian Studies from a University of Montréal/McGill University program, and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designee.
Pradyumna Agrawal
Managing Director, Blockchain @ Temasek
Pradyumna Agrawal joined Temasek in 2013 and is currently Managing Director, Blockchain@Temasek.

Prady is responsible for Temasek’s blockchain venture building efforts and sector investments. Previously, Prady was involved in global financial services investing at Temasek including the Americas, India, Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining Temasek, Prady was with Morgan Stanley as Vice President, Investment Banking. Prady started his career as an Analyst with Sharad Dalal & Co and has worked at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.

Prady graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai, is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Rehan Ahmed
Chief Product Officer, Marketnode
Rehan Ahmed is Chief Product Officer and founding team member at Marketnode, an SGX & Temasek joint venture focused on digital assets. Within this role, he focuses on product development and the digitalisation of capital markets products including bonds, funds infrastructure and sustainable finance. As Head of Fixed Income Products & Digital Assets at SGX, Rehan oversaw the launch of a digital bond issuance platform that culminated in the Marketnode partnership.  

Rehan began his career at Bear Stearns (London) fixed income trading desk in 2005 and subsequently held positions within credit structuring & trading (UBS AG, London) and portfolio management at CDC Group UK, an EM focused private equity fund.  

He has been based in Asia since 2010, where he joined Bloomberg L.P.’s FICC trading team and oversaw a number of regional market trading initiatives such as the launch of Pakistan’s first online debt auction system and Sri Lanka’s interdealer debt trading platform. He joined SGX from IDFC Securities (Singapore) where he was responsible for overseeing India access products for global investors.  

Rehan was involved in the launch of new platforms including SGX’s institutional bond trading platform (2016) and led its General Counterparty service (2018) rollout before focusing on digital assets. He was one of key SGX representatives on industry bodies such as ICMA, FIX Trading Community and Singapore National Markets Practice Group (NMPG).  

Rehan attended Ecole Sciences-Po (Paris) before attaining his Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University and subsequently a Masters in Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).
Philippe Tassin
Head of Asset Managers & Owners Client Lines, Asia-Pacific, BNP Paribas Securities Services
Philippe Tassin was appointed Head of Asset Managers & Owners Client Lines, Asia Pacific beginning 1st April 2020. Based in Singapore, member of the Global Asset Managers & Owners executive committee for BNP Paribas Securities Services. He report to Franck Dubois, Head of Asia Pacific, BNP Paribas Securities Services.

Philippe is responsible for the articulation and execution of a regional client line development plan for Asset Manager & Asset Owner clients, in full alignment with the global ambition, strategic focus and priorities.

With 20 years’ experience in the securities and financial services industry, Philippe joined the Paribas M&A team in 1999 prior to the BNP and Paribas merger.

In 2015, he was part of the team leading the bank’s expansion into a multi-asset service provider in his role as Head of Private Equity and Real Estate services. Prior to moving to Singapore, Philippe was Head of Pension Funds & Official Institution Strategy, based in Paris.  

Philippe’s career has been anchored by his innovation and client-centric mindset. He led the Digital Solutions and R&D team for the Asset & Funds Services business, prior to its evolution into the Securities Services Digital Lab. The team co-created a blockchain solution with a client, launched new Design Thinking solutions, and worked on new digital solutions for fund distribution and performance monitoring in co-ordination with several European clients and partners.  

Philippe graduated from Reims University with a Master degree in business law and from NEOMA Business School with MBA electives from Tsinghua Beijing University China.
Jamie Finn
Co-Founder & President, Securitize
Jamie Finn is a seasoned executive who has worked in 6 countries in both startups and corporations, and is currently the President and Co-Founder of Securitize, Inc. During his nearly 20 years of experience he has participated in over $500m worth of transactions, including Kontera, Sansa Security, Jajah, Tokbox, RingRing Media, and Zingy. Most recently, Jamie helped grow Aki Technologies from an 8 person, $1m company, to a profitable enterprise with over 60 people and tens of millions in revenue. His previous employers include Ericsson and Telefònica o2, and Jamie also held the position of AVP of Product Innovation at AT&T, as well as executive positions at numerous startups. He has been in San Francisco for the past 5 years, after spending 6 years in London. Jamie grew up in Puerto Rico and is a native English and Spanish speaker.
Justin Ong
Partner, Asia-Pacific Asset & Wealth Management Leader and Singapore Financial Services Assurance Leader, PwC Singapore
Justin is the PwC Asset & Wealth Management Leader for Asia-Pacific and has more than 29 years of experience working with asset managers in Singapore, London and Continental Europe. Between 2010 and 2012, he spent two years in Luxembourg advising Asian asset managers on market entry and fund distribution in Europe, with a focus on UCITS funds and regulatory compliance matters, as well as European managers and asset servicers around opportunities in Asia.

As part of his Asia-Pacific role, Justin sits on PwC’s Global Asset & Wealth Management Leadership Team, which is responsible for overseeing the PwC global asset and wealth management practice in terms of growth, strategy, talent, thought leadership and assurance on all services provided to the industry. He is one of the co-authors of the PwC Asset Management 2020, 2025 and Asia 2025 reports, which looks at the future of asset management and the impact of megatrends and gamechangers shifting the industry globally and in Asia. He also oversees PwC’s Asia-Pacific Asset & Wealth Management Advisory practice, focusing on the Digital & Transformation agenda.

Justin is a holder of the Investment Management Certificate (IMRO Full Version) issued by the Institute of Investment Management and Research (UK). He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) of the Australian Society of Institute of Certified Practising Accountants.
Graeme Langlands
Head of Digital Enablement, APAC, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd.
Graeme took-up the role of Digital Enablement with Schroders in Singapore just over a year ago, having spent 4years with Schroders in Hong Kong in a general IT management role with responsibilities across both delivery and infrastructure for Schroders offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. Graeme joined Schroders having previously been with Allianz Global Investors in San Francisco, where his primary focus was on middle office and investment operations technology. In his time at Allianz, Graeme was involved in two major business process and technology outsourcing projects, developing the technology and business process architecture, and running the technology and business teams that provided the integration services between outsourced front and back office platforms.

Graeme holds a B.A in Economics from the University Of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
Kenneth Tang
Senior Portfolio Manager, Nikko Asset Management
Kenneth Tang is a senior portfolio manager at Nikko Investment Management based in Singapore. He is responsible for managing Singapore, ASEAN and Balanced portfolios. Kenneth brings to Nikko AM more than 20 years of investment experience in equity long only and equity long short capacities as well as extensive commodity research experience. Prior to joining Nikko AM, Kenneth was the lead portfolio manager for PineBridge Investments in Singapore Equity and Balanced portfolios. Before PineBridge Investments, Kenneth was managing director and portfolio manager at Black River Investment Management focusing on Asian industrial and agricultural commodities.

Between 1996 and 2007, Kenneth served as a research analyst and portfolio manager for Credit Agricole Investment Management (CAAM, now Amundi Investment Management). During his time in CAAM, Kenneth was lead manager for CAAM’s country funds in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia as well as a senior portfolio manager for CAAM’s discretionary equity mandates. Kenneth helped CAAM attain the best performing fund (Asian Investor) in the Singapore Equity category during the period from 2004 to 2006. Kenneth graduated from the National University of Singapore, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.
Chua En Hao
Head of Data and Digitalisation, UOB Asset Management
En Hao Chua is Head of Digitalisation and Data at UOB Asset Management (UOBAM). He is responsible for driving digital transformation, adoption of emerging technologies and implementation of core digital capabilities for the firm.

His data management and analytics experience spans more than 15 years, across logistics, IT and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining UOBAM, he was Head of Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics with Boehringer Ingelheim.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics, and a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Adin Tan
Senior Manager, Private Bank Distribution, Asia ex Japan, Fidelity International
Adin Tan is a Senior Manager in the Private Bank Distribution team, Asia ex Japan, for Fidelity International. Based in Singapore, Adin is responsible for developing Fidelity’s Private Banking distribution business across Asia ex Japan.

Adin joined Fidelity in 2017 and has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Adin was in Capital Group where he was responsible for the portfolio construction and control of Asian and Emerging Market mandates. Prior to that, he was with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, working in both the Singapore and Beijing offices.  

Adin holds a Master of Science in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) from National University of Singapore. He is also a CFA Charter holder.
John Fahey
Programme Manager, Fidelity International
John Fahey is a Programme Manager with Fidelity International, with experience spanning covering many industries & roles. Having joined Fidelity Investments in Ireland during 2012, he was previously focused on rolling out agile practices across teams (holding multiple agile certifications), as well as leading delivery teams. Following his move to Fidelity International, he lead the accelerator engagement in Hong Kong, while continuing to lead delivery & programme management of business initiatives.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, he has extensive work experience across many countries & regions, having been based in Ireland, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore throughout his career.
Niels Fibek
Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder, Matter DKS
Niels is CEO & co-founder of Matter, a fintech startup specialized in sustainable investments. Matter works provides portfolio sustainability analysis and reporting to financial institutions. Prior to founding Matter, Niels worked for the Permanent Mission of Denmark to the United Nations in New York, and for the United Nations in Denmark. Niels has a MS.c. in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. In 2019, he was featured on Forbes 30 under 30 list in the finance category.
Pierre Trecourt
Co-Founder, PremiaLab
With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, Pierre Trecourt has in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape, specifically focusing on financial engineering relating to multiple asset classes. His expertise includes developing and delivering cutting edge financial solutions to institutional clients that suit their needs, whilst adapting to changing market conditions. Pierre holds a diploma of engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France which was supplemented with a Bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master’s degree in probability and finance from University PARIS VI.
David Padgett
Chief Commercial Officer, Taiger
David Padgett has been Chief Commercial Officer of Taiger since 2020.

David has over 30 years of experience in Sales & Marketing globally. Most recently, David was Vice President of Asia Pacific at Anaplan. Joining the company in its early-stage stage, David built the foundation for and scaled Anaplan’s commercial team to post-IPO. 

Prior to Anaplan, David held the role of General Manager at NTT Data, a Business Solutions implementation firm. David has also held Management and Commercial roles at Utopia (Services firm focusing on Enterprise Data Lifecycle Management) and BackOffice Associates (Software Implementation company). David started his stellar career at Hewlett Packard as a Sales and Marketing executive.

David holds a BA Honours in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University. 
Dr. Guenther Hoffman
Founder, uVantage
Guenther Hoffmann is founder and CEO of Berlin based fintech startup uVantage, which delivers AI driven data analytics solutions and high-performance infrastructure to analyze unstructured data and to automatically quantify the impact of events on the asset management and retail banking sectors. uVantages’s technology has prior been validated by international corporates like Daimler AG and Ernst and Young (EY).

Günther holds a PhD. from Humboldt Universität Berlin. Guenther has worked internationally as a researcher among others at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); USA, at Duke University; USA and at City University of New York; USA. He authored and co-authored more than 17 papers, books and chapters on financial engineering, AI driven modeling, and machine learning.
Susan Soh
Chairman, Investment Management Association of Singapore
Co-Head Asia Pacific and Chief Executive Officer Singapore, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd
Susan Soh is Co-Head of Asia Pacific and CEO Singapore for Schroders. She is also a member of Schroders’ Group Management Committee (GMC).

Susan has almost 30 years of financial industry experience, spanning across different areas of investment banking before specialising in asset management. She has been instrumental in driving Schroders’ success with central banks, national pensions and national institutions in Southeast Asia. In the retail mutual fund distribution industry, she has led Schroders to become one of the market leaders in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Susan was conferred the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Distinguished Fellow (Fund Management) award in 2015. She currently sits on the Executive Committee of Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) , serving as a Vice Chair from November 2016 before being appointed to be the Chair from April 2019.

Susan has also been a passionate advocate of raising industry standards and driving professional excellence. She has served as Council Member of IBF since April 2019, was previously a member of the IBF Standards Committee and chaired the IBF Fund Management Working Group from August 2013 to December 2019.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Accountancy from National University of Singapore.
Eleanor Seet
Vice Chairman, Investment Management Association of Singapore
President and Director Nikko AM Asia Limited; Head of Asia ex-Japan Nikko AM
Eleanor Seet joined Nikko Asset Management in 2011 as the President and Director of the Singapore entity. She became the Head of Asia ex- Japan in 2015 with expanded responsibility for driving the growth of Nikko AM in the region. She has oversight of Nikko AM’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices, with a total staff strength of approximately 140. Additionally, she has oversight of Nikko AM's joint venture relationships in China and Malaysia and is a board member of Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad.

Active in industry, Ms Seet currently serves as vice-chairman on the Executive Committee of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) and chairs the Institute of Banking and Finance Fund Management Workgroup. She is a founding member of the Bloomberg Women’s Buy-side Network, which tracks future investment trends and aspires to serve as role models for the next generation of asset managers in the region.

In 2017, Ms Seet was conferred the IBF Fellow distinction by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore. The IBF Fellow title recognises industry veterans who exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development.

Ms Seet is a pioneer in the asset management industry with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Nikko AM Asia, Ms Seet led the distribution efforts for iShares concentrating on the wealth segments across Asia ex Japan.

Previously, she spent 12 years at AllianceBernstein, where she was responsible for building and developing the firm’s distribution channels and business. In that capacity, she was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the firm’s product offerings in South East Asia via intermediaries.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
