Loh Boon Chye
Chief Executive Officer, SGX Group

Mr Loh Boon Chye joined Singapore Exchange (SGX) as CEO on 14 July 2015. He is also an Executive and Non-Independent Director on the SGX Board.

With a career in the financial industry that spans three decades, Mr Loh has played a key role in the development of Southeast Asia’s capital markets. Prior to SGX Group, he was Deputy President and Head of Asia Pacific Global Markets, and Country Executive for Singapore and Southeast Asia at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch. He spent 17 years in Deutsche Bank where his last role was the Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Asia Pacific.

Mr Loh currently sits on the boards of GIC and Economic Development Board Singapore. He is also Chairman of the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics Advisory Board, Co-Chair of the Council for Board Diversity and Vice-Chair of the World Federation of Exchanges. Mr Loh leads SGX Group’s efforts in sustainability and climate action, and serves as an independent advisory committee member in the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative and advisory board member for the Climate Governance Singapore Limited. He is a council member and Distinguished Fellow at the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore, and a council member at the Singapore Business Federation.

Mr Loh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Arman Sahovic
APAC Head of Quantitative Analytics, LSEG

Dr Arman Sahovic is the APAC Head of Quantitative Analytics at LSEG, and thus oversees a range of the most sophisticated quantitative research solutions the company has to offer, including Cloud-based Database solutions, Sentiment and other Natural Language Processing models, ESG analytics as well as risk and trading models.

Arman's career spans the whole spectrum of a Quant's workflow – first as a former researcher in Pure Mathematics at Imperial College London, then as a multi-asset class quant at Credit Suisse, London, before moving to Point72 Asset Management, Hong Kong, as a quant focusing on Equities. He further worked for MSCI on offerings as broad as index, ESG as well as portfolio and risk analytics.

Arman holds both undergraduate and postgraduate (PhD) degrees in pure mathematics from the Imperial College London.

Benjamin Soh
Managing Director, STACS

Ben is the Managing Director of STACS, a Singapore FinTech company focused on ESG FinTech, in partnership with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the Project Greenprint ESG Registry. STACS serves as the nexus of ESG Finance with its live blockchain infrastructure that enables effective Sustainable Finance. Its clients and partners include global banks, stock exchanges, asset managers, and corporates. A serial FinTech entrepreneur who previously founded a B2B FinTech firm serving the needs of more than 100 financial services firms worldwide, Ben was awarded FinTech Leader in the Singapore FinTech Awards 2020, and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Green and Sustainability Sub-committee of the Singapore FinTech Association.

Carmen Wee
Chief Executive Officer, Investment Management Association of Singapore

Carmen Wee is Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS). She is a veteran of the Singapore investment management industry. Between 2008 and 2012, she was Head of Sales for South Asia at Natixis Global Asset Management. She was also previously Senior Vice-President, Head of Distribution, South Asia, Investment Management Division at Lehman Brothers; and Director, Marketing and Client Services - Institutions at DBS Asset Management.  

Before moving into the investment management industry, she was a Deputy Director at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where she led initiatives to encourage the development of both the debt markets and fund management industry in Singapore following the Asian Financial Crisis. Carmen held the position of Director, Head of Career Services at NUS Business School, and is a co-owner of PhysioMotus, a physiotherapy clinic at Novena Medical Centre. 

Chris Pham
SVP, Investment Management Chief Data Officer, Franklin Templeton Investments

Chris Pham is senior vice president and Investment Management Chief Data Officer. In this role she is responsible for technology, data management and data science that supports Investment Management and Wealth Management globally. She has been with the firm since 2005, leading teams in Data Management and Analytics.

Prior to joining the company, Chris was vice president of technology for Charles Schwab. Chris has over 30 years of experience in Financial Services technology.

Christina Fernandes
Vice Chairperson of Digital Innovation Committee, Investment Management Association of Singapore;
Chief Operating Officer Singapore and Chief Control Officer Asia Pacific, DWS Investment GmbH

Christina joined DWS (Deutsche Bank’s asset management business) in 2013 as part of the asset and wealth management COO office. As COO for Singapore and Regional Control Officer for APAC, she is responsible for the Singapore asset management operations and leads efficiency, cost and governance of the region’s operational platform while enabling business to convert opportunities for growth and expansion. She has over 15 years of experience across financial services and previously led the set up of ICICI’s advisory and fund management desk in New York.

Christina is the Vice Chairperson of Digital Innovation Committee. She is an Economics graduate and holds an MBA from XLRI.

Chwee Chua
Global Head, Cognitive Science and Automation, Operations Innovation, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Limited

Chwee Chua joined Schroders Singapore in 2018 and is the Global Head for Operations Innovation and Cognitive Science and Automation.

Based in Singapore, Chwee is responsible for leading the team in developing and delivering solutions for businesses using innovative technology tools. He works closely with various business units and brings along more than two decades of industry experience in using data analytics and technology for business innovation and transformation.

His work included management consulting for healthcare, pharmaceutical and higher education; architecting solutions for operational and marketing analytics, regulatory compliance, and risk management for these industries.

Damien Pang
Deputy Chief FinTech Officer and Executive Director for Data and Technology Architecture, Monetary Authority of Singapore

Damien is the Deputy Chief FinTech Officer and Executive Director for Data and Technology Architecture at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He also concurrently heads the FinTech Ecosystem Office at the MAS. The Data & Technology Architecture Department develops enterprise architecture and platforms for data flows and collaboration, as well as provide engineering technology support for MAS’ digital transformation. Separately, the FinTech Ecosystem Office is responsible for FinTech ecosystem development, including international collaborations as well as skills development. Prior to this role, he led the team at MAS on technology risk management and cyber security policies for the financial sector. Before joining MAS, he was a senior manager in InfoAssurance at the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), and led the security domain under IDA’s Singapore Government – Technology (ICT) Reference Model (SG-TRM) program for public sector-wide interoperability and standardisation. He was also one of the co-founders for (ISC)2 Singapore Chapter, and the chapter’s vice president until 2014. 

Danny Goh
Founder & CEO, Nexus FrontierTech

Danny is the Founder and CEO of Nexus FrontierTech, an AI company that accelerates enterprises decision making by building AI solutions to automate intensive processes and enable effective use of data and sustainable value creation. He is a co-author of the AI Republic: Building the Nexus Between Humans and Intelligent Automation, a best seller on Amazon.

In addition, he is an Entrepreneurship Expert at the Said Business School, University of Oxford and an appointed Fellow at the Center for Policy and Competitiveness at the Ecole des Ponts Business School. Furthermore, Danny is an advisor and judge to Startupbootcamp London, LBS Launchpad and Pitch@Palace in the UK. Danny is a visiting lecturer at various universities in Europe and a speaker at multiple conferences including TEDx and World Economic Forum.

Prof. Dave G. Fernandez
Director, Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics, Singapore Management University

Prof Dave Fernandez leads and oversees emerging research and programmes in Financial Education & Inclusion, Sustainable Finance, Financial Technology, Data & Governance and other areas of Financial Economics driven by market dynamics and macro economic trends. He is regularly invited to speak at industry panels and contributes commentaries for The Business Times (Singapore). 

Prior to returning to academia in 2018, Dave worked in the private sector for 20 years as a chief economist and market strategist covering Asia. Earlier, he was an Assistant Professor of International Economics at the Johns Hopkins University’s international studies school (SAIS) in Washington DC, where the students voted to give him their “Excellence in Teaching Award” in 1997. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. 

Apart from his activities as an economist, he sits on the board of EMpower, a global philanthropy focused on at-risk youth in emerging market countries. 

Dave has been living in Singapore since 1998 and considers Old Chang Kee's dry chicken curry and LeCafe’s golf-ball pineapple tarts among his go-to local foods. In his free time, he enjoys running with his rescue dog, Echo. 

Dave holds a BA (Economics) from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Economics from Princeton University.

David Ng
Deputy CEO, CSOP Asset Management Limited (Singapore)

David joined CSOP Asset Management Limited as COO in 2017 and oversees Trading, Client Solutions, Risk Management, Operations, Technology and ETF Strategy for the firm. He is responsible for designing and driving the infrastructure strategy of CSOP to support its business growth and development and is also currently leading the digital transformation initiative for CSOP.

Prior to joining CSOP, David was the Head of Business Controls and Management for South East Asia at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsible for the governance and business management of the Global Banking and Markets Businesses in the region. David is also part of the local management committees of Merrill Lynch Singapore, Bank of America Singapore Branch and Bank of America Securities Limited

Previously, David had worked in a number of large financial institutions such as Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley in a variety of roles covering operations, middle office and finance. David started his career in Deloitte as an auditor in Australia.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and a Master of Applied Commerce(Accounting) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.

David Smith
Senior Investment Director, abrdn Asia Limited

David Smith is a Senior Investment Director based in Singapore at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he leads ESG research and integration across Asia. David heads the Asia Responsible Investing pod, which oversees the day-to-day running of the Asian Sustainable Development Equity Fund and is a member of the GEM Responsible Investing pod. He is also responsible for leading engagement with board members and management of Aberdeen Standard Investments’ investee companies in Asia. David spearheads our public advocacy on ESG issues, representing the company at leading international organisations dedicated to improving corporate best practice. He has appeared frequently at regional conferences and industry round tables, and has written for various newspapers and professional publications globally. 

Before joining Aberdeen in 2011, he worked for ISS as head of Asia (ex-Japan) research. David has a PhD in Corporate Governance and an MA in Corporate Strategy and Governance from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Wales. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Emma Pecenicic
Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships, Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) Distribution, Fidelity International

Emma joined Fidelity International in 2021 as Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships, Asia Pacific (ex-Japan). She is responsible for spearheading Fidelity’s digital wealth strategy and development of digital product solutions and client experience, with the aim of positioning Fidelity as a digital leader in asset management in Asia.

Emma started her career at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris as an Investment Specialist with the European Equities team. She moved to Hong Kong in 2012 to specialise in China RMB capabilities and Indonesian equities for international investors. Passionate about new technologies, Emma joined the digital transformation team in 2017, where from Hong Kong, she led the digital transformation of the firm in APAC and globally. Her achievements included design of a global digital strategy, implementation of the Augmented Investments Programme, increase in adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and other technologies across different parts of the firm. Emma also led multiple projects on digital assets and tokenisation.

Emma has been actively involved with the FinTech Association of Hong Kong since 2017 and she is currently Co-Chair of the Blockchain committee. 

She holds an MSc in Financial Management and a Diplome des Grandes Ecoles with a major in Financial Analysis from EDHEC Business School in France.

Evy Theunis
Managing Director, Regional Head Customer Segment & Customer Science, DBS Consumer Banking Group

Evy heads the customer segment and customer science division of DBS’s consumer banking group. As part of this role, she is responsible for driving scalable business growth by delivering data-led customer and distribution operating models, frontline tooling, and hyper-personalised digital offerings to the bank’s wealth segments.

Prior to joining DBS, Evy worked as a consultant in Financial Services for over 10 years, leading design, delivery, and deployment of digital platforms across Europe and Asia. She is passionate about her healthy lifestyle, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. Evy has a Master of Science in Information Technology obtained at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.

Florian Dumas
Executive Director, U-Reg Pte. Ltd.

Florian is the founder and an Executive Director of U-Reg, a Singapore based RegTech. U-Reg digitalises and automates regulatory, reporting and onboarding workflows through the deployment of technology innovation.

Florian is a seasoned finance professional with a 25 year career in finance prior to establishing U-Reg. He was previously Head of Sales Asia for two major European banks, managing teams across the APAC region, and as a senior sponsor was leading large technology and infrastructure projects.

He is an expert in regulatory processes and has a strong understanding of problems faced by financial institutions or by their clients. 

Helena Fung
Head of Sustainable Investment, APAC, FTSE Russell

As Head of Sustainable Investment, Asia Pacific, Helena is responsible for FTSE Russell’s Sustainable Investment indexes, data and analytics solutions across the Asia Pacific region. A core part of her role is client engagement on a comprehensive range of products and data to support them in reaching their investment decisions. Working with research and leadership teams, she has a responsibility for developing FTSE Russell’s Asia Pacific Sustainable Investment product strategy and expansion.

Helena relocated to Hong Kong in 2014 from London – a key hub for ESG investments, where she worked for the responsible investment arm of Hermes Investment Management as global head of client relations, enabling pension funds and asset managers to integrate sustainability criteria into passive and active portfolios. Helena’s experience prior to joining FTSE Russell included ESG integration, equity analysis and advising on philanthropy for family office, asset management and institutional clients. She has been working in ESG and Sustainable Investment since 2008, including providing advisory research on stewardship implementation for pension funds and family office clients, drafting responsible investment policies and integrating sustainability policies into both active and passive portfolios.

Ivan Chang
Regional Head of Institutional Business, Saxo Markets APAC

Ivan joined Saxo in 2011 and is responsible for developing Saxo’s wholesale solutions and institutional businesses in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, he engages with banks, brokers, wealth managers, financial advisers and fintech companies in the Asia Pacific region to form collaborative partnerships. Leveraging on their existing core competencies, Ivan strives to work with partner firms to collectively shape, transform and perpetuate the next generation of digital investment solutions that can fulfil the evolving needs of their customers.

Prior to Saxo, Ivan was a senior relationship manager at Bloomberg LP where he was in-charge of business development. Ivan has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is well versed across all asset classes and is a strong advocate of technological innovation in the industry.

John Fahey
Programme Manager, Fidelity International

John Fahey is a Programme Manager with Fidelity International, with experience spanning many industries & roles. Having joined Fidelity Investments in Ireland during 2012, he was previously focused on rolling out agile practices across teams (holding multiple agile certifications), as well as leading delivery teams.  Following his move to Fidelity International in 2017, he initially lead the accelerator engagement in Hong Kong, while continuing to lead delivery and programme management of business initiatives.  Moving to Singapore in 2019, he continued to lead Fintech engagements, which includes the IMAS Digital Accelerator programme, and is a member of the IMAS Digital Innovation Committee.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, he has extensive work experience across many countries & regions, having been based in Ireland, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore throughout his career.

Karen Lim
Managing Director, Retail Sales Head, SEA, AllianceBernstein (Singapore) Ltd

Karen oversees AllianceBernstein’s retail business for the Southeast Asia region and her primary focus is to work with financial intermediaries to facilitate their access to AllianceBernstein’s global asset management capabilities.

She is chartered to position and differentiate AllianceBernstein in the minds of clients & partners through an understanding of the Firm’s capabilities and local application of available solutions. She has complete oversight for the overall strategy and execution.

Karen holds NASD certification in Series 6 and graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, Australia.

Kenneth Lim
Joint Global Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer Asia ex-Japan, Nikko Asset Management Asia Limited

Kenneth Lim is Joint Global Head of Operations at Nikko Asset Management based in Singapore. He is responsible for the operations function across our international businesses, ensuring alignment with clients, products, and third-party provider networks. He is also Chief Operating Officer for Asia ex-Japan with oversight of Operations, Information Technology, Risk Management, Performance, Business Management and Office Administration. 

Kenneth previously held the role of Head of Investment Services and was responsible for driving initiatives to improve the operational aspects of the investment process for investment teams based in Singapore. 

Kenneth has over 15 years of global finance industry experience, having worked in a number of large financial institutions such as UBS AG, Acadian Asset Management and Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd (GIC) in a variety of roles covering operations, OTC derivatives, trading, portfolio construction, investment compliance, risk and performance management. 

Kenneth holds a degree in Business Administration with Honours and Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder. 

Marcus Hackett
Head of Technology and Change, APAC, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Limited

Marcus leads the Asia-wide technology and change management teams across the countries Schroders operates in. He oversees all the digital initiatives running in the region with a mandate to help Schroders grow its business through digital channels via partnerships with new and incumbent players directly or through M&A activities. Additionally, his team equips the business teams with the latest digital technologies in place for business efficiency and expansion into new territory/client segment. 

He is the Chairman of the Singapore Inclusive and Diversity council and runs numerous global employee working groups. He has a strong track record of delivering outcomes and value for businesses through building and leading high performance technology teams.

Mark Yuen
Chief Business Development Officer, Fullerton Fund Management

Mark Yuen is the Chief Business Development Officer at Fullerton Fund Management. He is responsible for the formulation and execution of Fullerton’s overall business development strategies and initiatives. He oversees the Institutional and Intermediary Sales, Client Services, Product Development, and Marketing and Communications functions. He leads the Business Development team to broaden Fullerton’s target markets and segments and expand the distribution of investment capabilities and solutions.

Mark joined Fullerton in 2019 from Eastspring Investments, where he was Head of Institutional Sales & Client Management. His clients include state entities, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, endowments and pension funds. He was also responsible for global consultant relationships. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Development at Robeco Hong Kong Ltd. Before Robeco, he was Head of Sales (Southeast Asia) at Credit Agricole Asset Management. He started his career with MAS, and held different positions, including a two-year stint as Assistant Director (New York Office). His last position at MAS was Assistant Director (Asset Management).

Mark is actively involved in the development of Singapore’s financial services industry. He is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Financial Leaders' Network and serves on the evaluation committees of the Finance Scholarship Programme and SkillsFuture Study Award. He is an IBF Fellow conferred by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore. He is also a member of the IBF Examinations Industry Panel.

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and from the Stanford-NUS Executive Programme in International Management. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager.

Matthew Lovatt
Director, Financial Services Tax, Deloitte Singapore

Matthew is a Singapore Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) and an England and Wales-qualified (non-practising) solicitor, with more than 14 years of relevant experience. He joined Deloitte's South East Asia Financial Services Tax Practice in July 2017. He has a leading role in the provision of tax advice to fintech stakeholders and with respect to digital assets.

Matthew provides full-spectrum Singapore and international tax and tax structuring advice to clients in the financial services and fintech sectors.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Matthew worked at Baker McKenzie London.

Matthew frequently represents clients with the design and implementation of complex cross-border projects. He has particularly strong expertise advising in the context of regulated environments including in the financial services and payments sectors, in connection with complex technology, intellectual property, and in connection with real estate investment. He is also a subject matter expert with respect to the taxation of blockchain applications, tokenisation and cryptocurrencies.

Matthew holds an LL.B. (Hons) in Law, an LL.M with distinction in International Economic Law, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association and a member of the Product Tax Committee of the Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA).

Michelle Loi
Vice President, Asia Sustainable Finance, WWF-Singapore

Michelle Loi is a Vice President of Asia Sustainable Finance at WWF based in Singapore. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. In her current role, she leverages on her experience and passion for sustainability to engage and work in partnership with the financial industry to build capacity, develop thought leadership and advocate for change that directs finance towards sustainable activities.

Prior to joining WWF-Singapore, she had actively engaged with Asia Pacific institutional investors such as asset managers and asset owners while at Northern Trust and BNY Mellon in the ESG, performance & risk analysis of their investment portfolios. She was focused on driving awareness and adoption of ESG, investment performance & risk products and thought leadership. She drew on her innate ability to analyse information and tell the story behind investment portfolios' data, to enable investors to make informed investment decisions.

Michelle holds a BSc in Economics and Management from University of London-SIM. She also holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement™ designation and the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) Certificate.

Nadim Jouhid
Head of Investment Solutions, Asia Pacific, BNP Paribas Securities Services

Nadim Jouhid is the Asia Pacific head of Investment Solutions, which includes investment analytics, middle office services and OTC and collateral management and data solutions.

In his current role he manages the regional product and solution teams to support our clients’ investment processes, including Middle office operations, Investment Analytics and ESG.

He has more than 20 years of experience within the financial service industry.

Before joining BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2018, Nadim worked for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in the United Arab Emirates where he supported the optimisation of their operating model. Prior, Nadim worked 10 years at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris leading the Investment Operations and Business Transformation team.

Nadim holds a master’s degree from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Ned Phillips
Founder & CEO, Bambu

Former Managing Director and now an entrepreneur, Ned Phillips is the founder and chief executive officer of Bambu.

Ned Phillips has been based in Asia for the past 25 years; starting his journey in FinTech since 1999 with E*TRADE as one of the very first online brokers before becoming Managing Director in 2007. He was part of the transformation of the stock exchange where he developed two pan-Asian exchange, one of which is in conjunction with SCX and Chi-X. Ned had the opportunity to experience the first dot-com boom with one of the original FinTech companies as well as become appointed as a consultant to 8 Securities when they launched the first robo-advisor in Asia.

With such an insightful exposure and development over the years, Ned saw an opportunity in the B2B space to build a solution for various sectors that lead to the birth of Bambu.

Nicole Bodack
Managing Director, Accenture

Nicole Bodack is a management and technology consulting executive with 20 years of experience working with leading financial services institutions across the globe. Based in Singapore, Nicole leads Accenture’s Wealth & Asset Management practice for Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Nicole shaped and led numerous large-scale, complex core and digital transformation programs, and provides pragmatic advisory to deliver on the promise of technology and innovation.

Oh Sok Keng
Sales & Marketing Director, Optimai Pte Ltd

Sok Keng is the Sales & Marketing Director of Optimai. Prior to her role at Optimai, she had 12 years of banking experience in Hong Kong & Singapore in SME Banking, Cash Management and International Banking with Standard Chartered, DBS and Keppel TatLee.

Paul Joseph
Founder and Managing Partner, Stradegi

Paul is a Founder and Managing Partner of Stradegi and has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services, including extensive consulting experience in his previous roles with Big 4 consulting firms. Prior to founding Stradegi, Paul was the Chief Technology Officer at a large investment management firm in Asia, responsible for technology strategy, applications, infrastructure, and information security.

Philip Tso
Managing Director, Head of Institutional Business Asia Pacific, Allianz Global Investors 

Philip Tso is Head of Institutional Business Asia Pacific, with Allianz Global Investors, based in Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 2017 and is responsible for guiding AllianzGI’s strategy in Asia Pacific in delivering the firm’s best-in-class investment advice and diverse solutions to institutional investors. 

Philip has over 20 years of experience in investment consulting with a well-established network with institutional clients in the region. Before joining AllianzGI, he worked at Willis Towers Watson as Director, Head of Investments in Hong Kong and acted as a lead consultant for key pension, reserve and endowment funds and advised them on a full range of investment-related services and growth of their investment team. 

 He was also responsible for driving the business with clients in the Asia Pacific region. 

Philip has a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and a Master of Science in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has been a member of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee since 2013. He is also an Executive Committee member of Hong Kong Investment Funds Association and the Vice Chairman of its Pensions Sub-committee. 

Sachin Mahajan

Sachin has spent over 10 years with the Aditya Birla Group and is based in Singapore and is responsible for all business in the Asia Pacific region. Sachin is instrumental in building a business that has over USD 2.5 billion in assets and the Singapore office manages client monies from Singapore, Korea, Japan and Thailand today.

Sachin has a total experience of 16 years in Institutional Asset Management and Investment Advisory and brings enormous experience of investing into the India Capital Markets having earlier worked in fixed income trading and sales in India. He was head of the institutional business in India before he moved to Singapore in 2007 and was responsible for managing and advising the top institutions in India.

Samuel Rhee

Susan Soh
Chairman, Investment Management Association of Singapore;
Head of Asia Pacific, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd

Susan Soh is the Head of Asia Pacific and CEO Singapore for Schroders. She is also a member of Schroders’ Group Management Committee (GMC).

Susan has almost 30 years of financial industry experience, spanning across different areas of investment banking before specialising in asset management. She has been instrumental in driving Schroders’ success with central banks, national pensions and national institutions in Southeast Asia. In the retail mutual fund distribution industry, she has led Schroders to become one of the market leaders in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Susan was conferred the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Distinguished Fellow (Fund Management) award in 2015. She currently sits on the Executive Committee of Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) , serving as a Vice Chair from November 2016 before being appointed to be the Chair from April 2019.

Susan has also been a passionate advocate of raising industry standards and driving professional excellence. She has served as Council Member of IBF since April 2019, was previously a member of the IBF Standards Committee and chaired the IBF Fund Management Working Group from August 2013 to December 2019.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Accountancy from National University of Singapore.

Tricia Feng
Chair of Legal Committee, Investment Management Association of Singapore;
Chief Counsel, Wealth and Asset Management, Asia, Manulife Investment Management

Based in Singapore, Tricia oversees the legal teams responsible for supporting Manulife’s Wealth and Asset Management's Asia businesses and sits on the Asian Management Committee. 

Tricia is an experienced financial services lawyer who qualified in Singapore in 1999. Prior to joining Manulife Investment Management, she spent 13 years at Schroders Investment Management where she was most recently the Head of Legal for Southeast Asia. Earlier in her career, Tricia was a lawyer with Allen & Gledhill in Singapore before taking up legal roles in OCBC Bank and AIA insurance. 

Tricia graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) in 1998.
