Jenny Sofian is the Chairman of IMAS Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fullerton Fund Management. As CEO, she is responsible for the strategic development and management of the firm.
With over two decades of experience in the asset management industry, Jenny has held various leadership roles, including her previous position as CEO and Head of South Asia at Amundi Singapore. There, she oversaw the company's Southeast Asian and Australian operations and served as the Regional Director of Southeast Asia at the Group Level Executive Committee. Jenny’s career started in managing insurance funds for the Insurance Corporation of Singapore.

Wildon joined Fidelity in 2015 and has accumulated more than 17 years of experience working in the asset management industry and financial sector.
Before joining Fidelity, Wildon worked at BlackRock, where he was a member of the Retail Distribution team for Singapore. Prior to joining BlackRock, Wildon spent 6 years as a Relationship Manager at HSBC and Citibank where he was providing wealth management advice and solution to High Net Worth clients.

Jeik Sohn is the Head of Client Group, Singapore & Southeast Asia, at Capital Group and has been in the role since 2020. He is responsible for the overall client business for Capital Group in the SEA region across financial intermediary and institutional clients. Jeik sets the overall strategy for the business and works to ensure all distribution functions are rowing in the same direction. Prior to doing this role, Jeik was based in Hong Kong leading the Asia ex-Japan financial intermediary team. Jeik is also a director of Capital Group’s Singapore entity and a member of the APAC Management Group and the Europe Asia Client Group Management Committee.
Prior to joining Capital, Jeik spent 9 years at M&G Investments in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He had various roles and responsibilities, including Product Development, worked on the Asia market entry strategy, one half of the two-person team that set up the Asia offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, built & led its sales team, and was an Investment Director. Prior to joining the asset management industry, Jeik began his career working in a Korean industrials firm before joining an MBA program.

Mr. Lee Wei Loon (李維倫) (“Mr. Lee”), aged 45, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 13 November 2019. Mr. Lee is the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. He was last re-elected a Director of the Company on 27 April 2023.
Mr. Lee is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CSOP Asset Management Pte Ltd, since 10 March 2025.
Mr. Lee was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ohmyhome Ltd (NASDAQ:OMH) from 20 March 2023 to 17 January 2025. He was also a Director of WatchBox HK Limited from 10 April 2020 to 1 April 2024, and a Director of Watchbox Singapore Pte Ltd (now known as The 1916 Company Singapore Pte Ltd) from 19 September 2019 to 1 April 2024. Mr. Lee stepped down as the Executive Vice President and CEO of Asia of Watchbox (now known as The 1916 Company) on 1 April 2024, after serving the company for more than 5 years.

Ayaz Ebrahim, Managing Director, is Chief Executive Officer for Singapore and South East Asia of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in Singapore. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s asset management business in the region, with a specific focus on driving the firm’s sales strategy across the institutional and intermediary channels.
In addition, he is a portfolio manager and the co-head of the Asia Pacific Regional team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team. Prior to relocation to Singapore, he also chaired the Asia Pacific Asset Allocation Committee and was a member of the Global Equities Operating Committee (GEOC).

As Group Chief Investment Officer of UOB Asset Management (UOBAM), Jiun Yeh leads the investment team in developing UOBAM's long-term investment strategy and in managing asset allocation with the objective to maximise the value of investments in assets for our investors. He has oversight for the teams managing Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, including spearheading the firm’s strategic thrusts in sustainable investing and investment technology.
Prior to joining UOBAM in 2008, Jiun Yeh was the Managing Director (Fund Management) and Co-Head of Portfolio Management for ST Asset Management (STAM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. Before that, he was Head of Fixed Income and Currencies at OUB Asset Management. He has vast experience in managing equities, fixed income, and structured investment portfolios, including emerging market local currencies debts, G7 FX overlays as well as Asia-Pacific equities.
Jiun Yeh graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Second Upper Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore.
