Jenny Sofian is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fullerton Fund Management. As CEO, she is responsible for the strategic development and management of the firm.
Prior to joining Fullerton in 2017, Jenny spent more than 20 years at Amundi Singapore. She was appointed the CEO and Head of South Asia in November 2009, responsible for their Southeast Asian and Australian operations. She also served as the Regional Director of Southeast Asia at the Group Level Executive Committee. Earlier in her career, she managed various insurance funds for the Insurance Corporation of Singapore and was responsible for asset allocation as well as investment across asset classes.
Jenny is actively involved in a number of industry bodies that are working to positively influence the asset management industry. She is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel and serves on the Executive Committee of the Investment Management Association of Singapore. Jenny is a member of the Institute of Banking and Finance’s Fund Management Working Group and was conferred the IBF Fellow award in 2020. She is also a member of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity Advisory Group (CCI Advisory Group) and a former board member of the Finance Accreditation Agency in Malaysia. Jenny also sits on the advisory board of the Singapore Green Finance Centre.
Jenny graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Business Administration degree (major in Finance) Summa Cum Laude.
Eleanor Seet is the President of Nikko Asset Management Asia. She is also the Head of Asia ex-Japan with oversight of Nikko AM’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices and joint venture relationships in China and Malaysia.
Active in the industry, Ms Seet currently serves as vice-chairman on the Executive Committee of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) and chairs the Institute of Banking and Finance Fund Management Workgroup. She is a founding member of the Bloomberg Women’s Buy-side Network.
Ms Seet is a pioneer in the asset management industry with over 20 years of experience. In her previous roles, she led the distribution efforts for iShares in wealth segments across Asia ex Japan, and was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of AllianceBernstein’s product offerings in South East Asia via intermediaries.
In 2017, Ms Seet was conferred the IBF Fellow distinction by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore.
As Chief Operating Officer, Wijaya is responsible for the overall functions of Middle Office and Governance, Digitalization and Data Management as well as the Operations of UOBAM. He joined UOBAM in August 2015 and has more than 20 years of extensive operational experience, principally in investment custody operations, fund accounting and new business consulting. Prior to joining UOBAM, he was Head of Operations with Northern Trust Company.
Wijaya was educated at Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Ian joined abrdn plc in 2013 and he is the Chief of Staff, Deputy Head of Asia Pacific and Head of Hong Kong (based in Singapore). He works closely with the heads of the abrdn offices in nine markets and the APAC heads of each function to develop and execute strategic development plans across the region.
Ian is also a Director of abrdn’s legal entities in China (Shanghai and Hong Kong), Japan, Singapore and Taiwan. He was a director of abrdn’s Luxembourg domiciled funds (e.g. Aberdeen Standard SICAV I) from 2015 to 2020 and a Commissioner of PT Aberdeen Standard Investments Indonesia from 2014 to 2021.
Ian is the APAC representative of abrdn’s Global D&I Committee and he represents abdrn as a member of the 30% Club in Hong Kong and as a “male champion” for the Financial Women’s Association in Singapore.
Ian represents abrdn on the executive committees of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (as Secretary) and the ASIFMA Asian Asset Management Group (as well as the Co-Chair of the China Committee).
In 1998, Ian qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in London before joining Lazard as an M&A banker. In 2005, he moved to Hong Kong to build HSBC’s Asia Pacific private equity coverage team. Since 2008, Ian has been based in Singapore and was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of the emerging markets equities fund management firm, Arisaig Partners.
Ian graduated with a first-class undergraduate degree in Ancient History from the University of London and he is an alum of IMD, Harvard Business School and INSEAD.

Deborah is regional head of the South East Asian business for BlackRock and country head of BlackRock Singapore. Deborah is a member of the Asia Pacific Steering committee and a member of the Asia Pacific Exco. Globally, Deborah represents BlackRock APAC on the human capital committee, which is the most senior leadership group ensuring the implementation of leadership and culture priorities of the firm. Deborah is a recognised champion for gender and cultural diversity both within the firm and in the finance industry. She is a global executive committee member of BlackRock’s global women’s initiative group.
Deborah is passionate about developing leaders in the financial services sector in Asia. She is active in contributing to the development of the financial industry in Singapore. She represents BlackRock on FCAP, MAS’ financial centre advisory panel which consists of the most senior representatives of the top financial institutions in Singapore. She is most recently focused on the development of ESG investing at BlackRock and is a steering committee member of the ESG working group at FCAP.
Deborah has over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management and is on the investment committee of the LKY fund for Bilingualism. She is a Board member of the Singapore Land Transport Authority and sits on the Advisory Board for the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics at the Singapore Management University.
David is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CSOP Asset Management Singapore and is responsible for the overall development and growth of the business in Singapore. David is also the Group Chief Operating Officer of CSOP Asset Management Limited and in that role, he oversees Trading, Risk Management, Operations, Technology and ETF Strategy for the firm. He is responsible for designing and driving the infrastructure strategy of CSOP to support its business growth and is currently leading the digital transformation initiative for CSOP. David is a member of CSOP Asset Management Limited Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CSOP in 2017, David was the Head of Business Controls and Management for South East Asia at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsible for the governance and business management of the Global Banking and Markets Businesses in the region. David is also part of the local management committees of Merrill Lynch Singapore, Bank of America Singapore Branch and Bank of America Securities Limited.
David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and a Master of Applied Commerce(Accounting) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
Sabrina Gan is the Head of Southeast Asia and Country Head of Singapore for Fidelity International. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for over seeing of all of Fidelity’s distribution activities in the region and delivering continued growth across client channels for Fidelity’s business Southeast Asia.
Sabrina joined Fidelity in 2015 and has accumulated more than 20 years of experience working in the asset management industry and financial sector.
Before joining Fidelity, Sabrina spent two years with BlackRock where she headed Retail Distribution for Singapore. Prior to joining BlackRock, Sabrina spent more than nine years with Schroders where she was responsible for the distribution of Mutual Funds in Singapore, including business development and development of sales and product strategies. Sabrina was also previously at Ernst & Young with a focus on Corporate Finance and Audit.
Sabrina holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is also a CFA and CAIA Charter holder.
Prakash Kannan is Chief Economist and Director of the Economics and Investment Strategy
Department at GIC. He is responsible for formulating the outlook for the global investment
environment and asset allocation strategy for the firm. He serves as a member of GIC’s
Investment Management Committee, Group Risk Committee and Currency Risk Management
Group. His previous roles in the firm included Deputy Head of Total Portfolio Strategy as well as
Head of Economics & Capital Markets.
Prakash joined GIC in 2012. Prior to joining GIC, he worked with the International Monetary Fund
(IMF), the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia), and GTE’s Pension Fund. He is
currently the Vice President and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Economic Society of
Singapore. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Council of OMFIF, the Investment
Committee of the Singapore Indian Development Association, and NTU’s Academic Advisory
Board. He was formerly on the Advisory Board for the Centre for Asset Management Research

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Sherene worked as a portfolio manager at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). Sherene obtained a B.Sc in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.Sc in Financial Engineering from Princeton University. She is a CFA Charterholder.
Kwok Keng Han is the Chief Marketing Officer at Lion Global Investors. He oversees the Business Development Division which consists of the international, institutional and distribution business units.
An accomplished C-Suite executive with over 20 years in senior management roles, Mr. Kwok brings extensive experience in building and growing multi-channel businesses in asset and wealth management across Asia. He has successfully worked with banks, insurance companies and emerging distributors during his stint with Allianz Global Investors and First State Investments.
Keng Han most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Navigator Investment Services where he provided leadership and direction for their platform business.
Keng Han holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Hull. He is also a graduate of the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
Keat Jin was appointed the CEO of Maybank Asset Management Singapore in 2017. He has diverse financial industry experience. He started working as an actuarial consultant in Scottish Widows Life & Pension Fund in 1992 before moving to IDEA as a technical analyst for the forex and bond markets in 1994. From 1996, he pursued a career in equities; in research, sales and client relationship management roles with stints at various stockbrokers and investment banks - Kim Eng, GK Goh, Deutsche, UBS and BNP Paribas.
He joined Maybank in 2011 and served at Maybank Kim Eng (MKE) as the Regional Head of Institutional Equities. He was instrumental in the Maybank-Kim Eng integration and the development of MKE’s institutional equities business. He was appointed the Regional Head of International Business in 2015. In this role, he identified new business opportunities and continued to build MKE’s client base especially in the non-ASEAN markets.
In 2016, Keat Jin joined Maybank’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and was appointed the Managing Director for Non-Bank Financial Institutions. His key duties include the formulation of business strategy and development of FIG client relationships.
Keat Jin holds a Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science - First Class Honours) degree from the London School of Economics, UK. He is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst.
Lily joined Schroders Singapore in 2008 as Head of Institutional to lead business development for the Southeast Asian institutional business. In 2017, she was appointed as Head of Distribution, Southeast Asia as an expansion of her existing responsibilities. She was responsible for the management of the institutional and intermediary businesses, strategic priorities and partnerships across Southeast Asia.
In 2019, Lily was appointed Head of Institutional, Asia Pacific, working alongside the Country and Channel Heads to drive Schroders institutional strategy across the region, focusing on Sustainability, Solutions and Private Assets as key pillars. Subsequently in 2020, Lily was appointed as the Deputy CEO of Schroders Singapore before taking on the role of CEO in 2021.
