The IMAS Regulatory Committee (RegCo) held a closed door, casual discussion on regulatory issues that matter to our members — including recent consultation papers, guidelines, and practical challenges faced by fund management companies on the ground.
These sharing sessions provided an opportunity for participants to learn from one another, including our RegCo members, on how to better address and manage evolving regulatory issues. The feedback shared will help IMAS strengthen our advocacy efforts on behalf of the industry.
