Project MindForge Phase 2 Q3 Virtual Webinar

Project MindForge Phase 2 Q3 Virtual Webinar

15 Aug 2025

With AI adoption continuing to accelerate across financial services, the need for practical guardrails and governance frameworks had become more pressing than ever. As part of Phase 2 of Project MindForge — a cross-sector industry collaboration supported by MAS — a series of webinars were organised to update the industry on the development of AI Governance Handbook, and to share insights of how financial institutions shape and deploy their AI strategies.

From January to June 2025, the Consortium has collaboratively developed the content of the AI Governance Handbook through three iterative sprints. IMAS members were invited to this webinar which provided an overview of the draft Handbook, and to participate in an industry consultation to gather feedback on the proposed AI governance recommendations. Insights from IMAS members were incorporated and helped ensure the Handbook is both practical and relevant for FIs and supports effective adoption across the industry.

The Project MindForge Phase 2 quarterly webinars were for key decision-makers responsible for AI implementation and governance within financial institutions. Senior leaders such as CROs, CDOs, CTOs, CIOs, and COOs were encouraged to attend and take part in this ongoing dialogue on responsible AI implementation and governance within the financial services sector.
