To end June, IMAS, together with Tradeweb, the Gold sponsor for the IMAS Investment Conference & Masterclass 2024, conducted a session on the rapidly evolving ETF market structure and trading approach. The event began with a presentation on Request For Quotation (RFQ) platforms and how their evolution had made trading more efficient, offering better pricing and size, streamlined workflows, and round-the-clock trading. Following that, Tradeweb provided an overview of the increased adoption of automated trading across several asset classes. The session concluded with a panel discussion, during which the panellists shared their experiences with automated trading and how it had benefited their firms.
