Mr Lester Edward Gray, Chairman, Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) and Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific, Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd, has been awarded the Public Service Star 2011 by the Prime Minister’s Office.
