Mr Nicolas Huras, Chairman of the IMAS Digital Innovation Committee
Nicolas, currently responsible for APAC business development activities of UBS Asset Management in Singapore, has commenced his carrier at UBS as Head of Alternative Fund Structures in Zurich later to assume a EMEA regional role. Prior to joining UBS, Nicolas worked as Head of Business Development at a niche fund administration company and a hedge fund manager where he joined from an offshore wealth management adviser. Nicolas started his career in financial industry in 2001 in Geneva, Switzerland from where he transferred to Zurich and later Singapore. Experienced governance, entrepreneurial leader in Disruptive Technologies, FinTech and Private Equity investor, serves as mentor and advisor to various companies and professional bodies in Europe and Asia. Holds MBA, MIR as well as various Executive diplomas from Harvard Business School, University of Cambridge and INSEAD.

As Chief Investment Strategist, UOBAM Invest, Dharmo is responsible for providing leadership in the investment aspect of UOBAM’s digital platform. He also concurrently heads the Investment Partnerships & Solutions (IPS) unit at UOBAM, managing the firm’s strategic tie-ups and investment initiatives with external managers. Dharmo has over 20 years of investment and research experience in the finance industry.
Mr Kevin Hardy, General Manager Asia Pacific and Member of the Group Executive Board, additiv
Kevin Hardy has had an international career in investments dating back to 1993 and has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Chicago and London. Kevin is based in Singapore and is the APAC General Manager and Member of the Group Executive Board at Additiv, a Swiss fintech firm providing personalized and scalable solutions to asset and wealth managers. He also founded Red Oak Advisors, a consultancy firm advising financial institutions.
Prior to joining Additiv and launching Red Oak Advisors Kevin spent 6 years in various leadership roles at BlackRock, most recently as the Country Head of Singapore, leading the South East Asian business and the Asia Pacific Head of the ETF and Equity Indexing portfolio management teams. He was also a member of the APAC Executive Committee. Before this Kevin was at Northern Trust Global Investments for 9 years, including four years as the Head of asset management in Asia-Pacific and country Head for Hong Kong, two years leading international sales, and three years leading global transition management. Kevin had previously spent a combined ten years in equity index fund management in London at State Street Global Advisors and Legal and General Investment Management. Kevin earned a BSc degree, with honours, in business studies from the City University Business School.
Ms Joanna Tang, Chief Executive Officer, Lu International
Joanna joined Lu International in 2019 and has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer in January 2021 based in Singapore. Prior to this, Joanna held various senior positions in retail banking and digital payment with 14+ years of experience at renowned financial institutions such as Citibank, Barclays, Standard Chartered Bank and Visa. Her roles ranged from risk management, data analytics, to financial product strategy, wealth management and strategic partnerships. She is an avid advocate for FinTech innovations.
Joanna holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth, Master in Statistics from State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.
