Project MindForge Phase 2 Virtual Workshop

Project MindForge Phase 2 Virtual Workshop

18 Oct 2024

IMAS is pleased to invite you to attend a virtual workshop on Project MindForge Phase 2 on 18 Oct, Friday, 4pm to 5pm (SGT).

What is Project MindForge?
Project MindForge is a collaboration among financial industry participants, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and key players from the banking, insurance, and capital markets sectors (“the Consortium”). The Consortium’s vision is to help financial services scale AI with trust by adopting and operationalizing AI Governance across the enterprise.

In Phase 1, the Consortium built on Veritas to develop the first industry-specific Gen AI risk framework, helping financial institutions innovate while adopting Gen AI responsibly. Now, in Phase 2, the focus is on developing an AI Governance Handbook – a practical guide to help organizations of all AI maturity levels implement AI Governance and scale AI adoption.

Objectives of the Workshop:
This workshop will provide valuable details on the context of the proposed AI Governance Handbook and the plan to co-develop it with the industry over the next 15 months. The proposed scope for the handbook will be shared and IMAS members will be invited to join an industry consultation survey to provide feedback on the scope.

Who should attend?
Key decision-makers involved in AI implementation and governance within your organisation, including roles such as CRO, CDO, CTO, COO, and other senior leaders are welcomed to participate in this workshop. Your participation will be invaluable as we collaborate to advance AI Governance and ensure responsible AI adoption across the financial sector.
