The team in 360F is headed by senior management with decades of experience in life insurance and wealth advisory. Michael Gerber is the CEO and founder. Formerly the CEO of a globally active management consulting firm, Michael has led over a hundred projects over the past two decades in distribution, client orientation, process optimization and platforms. Clarie Kwa is the Director and formerly Head of Insurance for an Asian management consulting practice, leading distribution transformations and industry projects sponsored by the Life Insurance Association of Singapore and Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. Clarie is well versed in the mechanics of advisory, having been once a financial advisor representative and agency trainer herself.

With 360-ProVestment®, sales compliance can be managed very efficiently and effectively. The issue of arbitrary product recommendations is eliminated.
Firstly, the sales intelligence is derived from the dynamic interaction among the macroeconomic and individual-specific characteristics e.g. market volatility, mortality & morbidity pricing vs. budget, risk temperament and bequest attitude. In other words, the willingness and ability of the customer is considered. This is unlike the other applications in the market that attempt to extrapolate the propensity to purchase from generally anticipated needs based on life events and demographics.
The application is designed for acceptance. In typical applications, individual preferences are neither scientifically measured nor empathized with – hence leading to subjective or judgmental understanding of the customer.
