1. Know Your Employee provides compliance teams with an easy and affordable way to monitor, manage and ensure adherence to employee policies, identifying issues before they become problems and mitigating the risk of misconduct.

2. Know Your Transactions helps firms mitigate risk that can originate from breaches in market manipulation, insider trading, suitability, conflicts of interest, fund mandates and investment banking activities.

3. Know Your Third Party delivers a clear understanding of third party risks, providing oversight of due diligence activities associated with third party relationships including vendors, customers, counterparties, agents and partners.

4. Know Your Obligations allows firms to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the regulatory oversight process by gaining a holistic and aggregate view of their risk profile and easily providing proof of compliance.

Founder's Background

Brian Fahey is the Chief Executive Officer of MyComplianceOffice. Brian has been delivering complex technology solutions to meet critical business objectives within the investment management industry for over 35 years. He has provided these solutions to large and small investment firms across US, Europe and Asia. His focus over the last 16 years has been building cost-effective governance, risk and compliance IT solutions for the investment industry that can adapt to rapidly changing business and regulatory environments. Prior to joining MyComplianceOffice, Mr. Fahey ran a consulting practice for Access Data, a firm that specialized in technology solutions for the investment industry. He also managed investment systems at John Hancock Funds and was CTO for a smaller institutional asset manager.

Brian has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Management Science degrees from University College Dublin (Ireland). He also has an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Internet Management from Northeastern University.

1998 - MyComplianceOffice created by TerraNua, a division of Fidelity Investments.?

2008 - MCO moved from Fidelity under the guidance of founder Brian Fahey with a vision—build a single compliance platform to eliminate waste and ineffectiveness from multiple siloed systems.?

2008-2013 - We focused on providing affordable and integrated SaaS-based employee compliance solutions to small and mid-market firms in the United States.???

2008 - Headquartered in Dublin, we opened an office in NYC to better support our US customers.?

2013-2021 - As our employee compliance capabilities continue to mature, our client list expanded to include firms of all sizes across financial services and the globe.?

2016 - We enhanced our product offerings to include solutions for third-party and transactional compliance.?

2019 - Our Singapore office opens to provide in-region sales and service for the APAC region.?

We acquire Governor Software and add Compliance Oversight to our platform with Know Your Obligations. Our customer base grows with the acquisition of Schwab Compliance Technologies. The acquisition of Fairwords brings communications surveillance and monitoring to our product suite. We expand our footprint in Europe and add KYC and AML solutions to our wide range of capabilities with the acquisition of Pythagoras Solutions.?
