We automate and augment manual processes, enabling end-users to improve their workflows with faster and more reliable results, which then allows them to focus on higher-value tasks. We have extensive local experiences in the Financial industry and able to deliver out-of-the-box solutions with best industry practices. With a global team of more than 80 AI researchers, analysts and business leaders, Nexus envisages a digital world transformation that maximises human potential and sustainable value creation. We are able to meet competitive delivery timeline and well experienced in large-scale implementation as well as model and system support. We utilise latest computer vision and NLP technologies to develop a generative AI platform powering automation modules that improve decision-making and customer experience to steer revenue generation and manage risk. Our products are designed in a way which allows our clients and partners to integrate into their existing systems seamlessly, able to apply the system to any country settings, and ensure scalability in the long-run. We work with current and new clients with an agile growth mindset. By offering our data services in modular applications, clients can integrate AI more quickly, and also start small, eliminating the typical barrier to entry of uncertainty with large-scale AI implementation. Founder's Background

Danny Goh (CEO) is a serial entrepreneur and an early stage investor. He serves as an Entrepreneurship Expert at the Said Business School and is a fellow at the Ecole des Ponts Business school in Paris. He is an advisor and judge to several technology start-ups and accelerators and co-author of the bestseller The AI Republic: Building the Nexus Between Humans and Intelligent Automation.

Derrick Liao (COO) was formerly with the Monetary Authority of Singapore with 10+ years of experience in financial services, working alongside senior public and private stakeholders across central banking, regulation, market development and product innovation. He is leading restructuring across all business operations at Nexus to enable revenue scalability.

Takaaki Mizuno (CTO) has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. His strong background was proven by his successful contribution to Baidu, Hatena and DeNA. He has published more than 20 books written in Japanese and translated several books to Japanese for software developers, some of which became top sellers, such as “Web API: The Good Parts”.

Hajime Hotta PhD (Chief AI Officer) is a serial entrepreneur who has had several successful ventures in Japan. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and a strong academic background in AI and AI-based web application.

Terence Tse PhD (Executive Director) is an educator, keynote speaker and advisor working with businesses and the EU, UN and World Economic Forum.

Mark Esposito PhD (Chief Learning Officer) is a socio-economic strategist researching MegaTrends, Business Model Innovations and Competitiveness. He has advised and consulted Cities, Governments and UN agencies at the interface between Business, Technology and Government.

Our marquee clients and partners include financial institutions like HSBC, SMBC, Bank Pekao, Schroders, and APS Asset Management, as well as governmental organisations like UK’s Office for Artificial Intelligence, Singapore’s Central Provident Fund / Infocomm Media Development Authority, Abu Dhabi Global Market, and so on.

A UK-based global bank implemented Nexus IDP to achieve greater compliance and cut its compliance processing time by 80%. Before Nexus, manual processing meant the team of 120 reviewers could only check 10-15% of completed sales. The process was slow and painful, with each reviewer having to look across more than 10 different data sources and 180 data points to complete their tasks. With Nexus IDP ingesting required data much faster and more accurately than before, the bank can now review 100% of cases with close to 100% accuracy, eliminate case backlogs and move checks close to real-time.
