Pand.ai's proprietary NLP (Natural Language Processing) engine is available in 5 different languages commonly used in Southeast Asia (English, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia and Thai), and powers all the AI Chatbots that we build. Most of our AI Chatbots in production have over 90% effective accuracy.

Founder's Background
CHUANG Shin Wee is the Founder and CEO of Pand.ai, a Singapore-headquartered specialist in conversational AI for the Southeast Asian market. Today, Pand.ai serves a number of Fortune 500 financial institutions across Asia including Allianz, CIMB, MSIG and Schroders.
Prior to founding Pand.ai, Shin Wee was the Head of Digital Banking for Standard Chartered Bank in China, where he built a number of award-winning digital capabilities for the bank. In 2013, he was named “Top 50 Business Innovators in China” by CBN Weekly for inventing an ATM software that helped the bank to reduce the cost per lead by more than 90%.
Shin Wee graduated with a First-Class Honours in Electronic & Communication Engineering from the University of Bristol. He later attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and completed an MBA from the Wharton School.

We have worked with a number of financial institutions in the Singapore and around the region, including with Schroders in Singapore and Hong Kong.

We created an AI Chatbot for Schroders in 2018 that allows authenticated users to make enquiries related to al 9,000+ funds registered for sales in Singapore. Users can also generate a fund card, compare funds, download factsheet, save selected funds in a watchlist, search for insight articles and even participate in a virtual private group for product training.
